Payment:
- Payment via Boosty, Buymeacoffee or Hipolink
- 100% prepayment, but we can discuss it in some cases
- I use payment plans for orders over $100 on request
- Full refund can be done only if I haven’t started to work on your picture. In other case, I'll return only a part of full cost depending on the amount of work done.
Working process:
- Before colouring and shading I'll send you sketch for approval. All edits should be made at this stage. If fixes will be very much (more than 5), I may take an additional fee.
Corrections on the final stages except my mistakes cost extra. (But if I'll be agree with you, I'll do it for free)
- I can send you WIP of each stage if you need.
- Deadlines have to be discussed in advance. Urgency costs extra.
- Work usually takes from a week to a month. Deadline for all works - 2 month from sketch stage.
- I can fix final work after it was already sent - usually to improve colours or contrast. Just pay attention that I can send you new version later.
Base info:
- All copyrights belongs to me.
- Customer get hi-resolation version of the picture for personal use. I may use smaller web version in my social media.
