TERMS OF SERVICE

Digital and Traditional Art Terms of Service.
Read everything before commissioning me for a service.
This does not apply to my fursuit TOS, there is a separate set of rules.

1.) My turn around rate is 4 to 12 weeks, if you need your commission before this than it will be considered a rush order and 50% of your total commission cost will be added to the total price.

2.) DO NOT harass me about commissions, I will update you progress. If I do not update you at least once every two weeks you may ask, if you ask several times a week it will upset me and I will push your commission back since I do not handle anxiety or stress well. You have been warned.

3.) When commissioning me you must pay the full price up front, I occasionally offer to provide sketches before accepting payment but this is not my standard. I do not negotiate unless it is considered a commission over $200.

4.) NO REFUNDS WHEN THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN APPROVED!!!!! I’ve had trouble with this and it ended with me having to deal with a scammer, if you approve the commission then there are no refunds and no fixes.

5.) No refunds once the commission has been delivered unless I missed something and it is informed when the commission is delivered- not 3 days after.

6.) If I offer a refund then you have 1 week to accept the refund, otherwise I will keep the money, I rarely offer refunds.

7.) My watermark will stay on all digital files and traditional artwork- I sign everything. I will not give you an unwatermarked version, I will hide the watermark carefully though I will not remove it.

8.) Do not claim my art as your own, it will end with you being blacklisted.

9.) if you commission me and I try to contact you about your commission and you fail to respond then I will consider our business finished wether the commission was delivered or not. I will not send more than 2 messages, if those are ignored I will remove you from my list and you will unable to receive a refund.

10.) I DO NOT OFFER WORK IN PROGRESS UNLESS REQUESTED!!!!! I will give you one free edit, If I have to resketch the piece I will charge a $5-10 fee and bump your commission back a week, if you want a WIP then it must be requested.

11.) If a sketch WIP is rejected and I have to resketch the entire WIP then I will wait between 5-7 days to restart your commission. If something is rejected I lose money and time and will push your commission back farther.
