By commisioning me you indicate that you have read and accepted these terms:

I keep the right to terminate our agreement, should you violate these terms.
I keep myself the right to reject requests of any kind for any reason.
Threatening or insulting me will lead to the termination of our agreement.
NSFW commissions require you to be of adult age according to your countries law, but at least 18.

Payments are PayPal only and I keep it open to not go over the sketch phase before payment is made.
I do not accept deadlines.
Should I for any reason cancel your piece I will refund your money via PayPal.

The product you purchase is a digital picture and NOT a physical piece shipped to you.
You will get the full resolution version of the picture sent.
The copyright on the final image is held by me, you might share the piece as long as credit is given. You may also crop/resize the piece for use as a profile picture or similar uses.
The copyright on the characters in the picture remain at whoever held them before.
You may not use the picture commercially.
I am allowed to post the picture on my pages, character credit will be given by linking to a place of your choice.

I will from time to time ask you to approve stages of the piece (sketch/lineart etc.) After you gave your approval to that I will not change it anymore apart from small details.

Things I don't draw in commissions in general:
- Characters from games and movies etc. (Copyright problems)
- Hyper or inflated characters
- Sexual acts

In Trades I might do Characters from games and movies just like I would do fanart.
It will be a case to case difference and only allowed if no money is involved.

How I work:
- Talk phase: specifying what you want/ giving references/...
- Sketch phase: I throw together rough sketches for confirmation from your side
- Work phase: Me finishing the piece, this can take time. Be paitent. Depending on the nature of the commission I might check back on you for confirmation from time to time.

Commissions will be announced via journals, the slot number here will not be accurate. Current queue is visible on my profile.
If I am not currently open but you want a picture you can always ask, answers may vary.

My standard currency is EUR, if you wish to pay in USD I will add a fee of 1 USD to the converted prize.

Portrait

Halfbody

A picture of your character where the upper body is at least partially visible, but not the whole body is in the shot.

Additional character: +15 EUR

Fullbody

A picture of your whole character.

Style: soft shading with lines

Background: +5 EUR
Additional character: +15 EUR

Flat reference

A flat reference sheet with a collection of views of your character and a color palette.

Written description and/or lots of time for explaining and answering questions required if no art exists yet.

Prices:

each fullbody view: 10 EUR
each closeup view: 5 EUR

If a view gets broken up in parts for better visibility, those parts do not count as extra views.
Example: separate tail on the back view.

Sticker
