sizes ( fursuits )
You will have to help me with your costume, if you order a head you will have to measure your head circumference, if you order paws I will ask you if you have an average height or if you have larger hands, if you order feet I will ask you for your size and finally, if you order a complete body you will have to send me a duct tape dummy of your body, (you will find videos to know how to do it is very simple but it must be two).
If your order is too small or too big it's that you made a mistake, I have my unique models, for the duckt tape I follow exactly the measurements of your body, I will not be responsible if you have taken, lost weight or if you gave the wrong measurement.
Shipping
I always send with a follow-up and according to the request a postage guarantee, if the post office loses your package I am unfortunately not responsible you will have to complain to the post office, it may be that the post office does not find your address and send it back, if it was me who wrote your address incorrectly, I will send it back at my expense, but if you were not available or if you gave the wrong address, I can only ask you to pay the cost of the new shipment
