Terms of ServiceHey, guys! Here is my commission prices and rules. Everything you wanted to know but were too shy to ask!
Please read them carefully and make sure you agree to all these terms and conditions. Feel free to ask me a question if in doubt.
By ordering a commission, you confirm that you have read my Terms of Service and accepted it.

【THINGS I WON’T DRAW:】
✘ Underage characters in sexual situations
✘ Parent/child incest (for example, no Lotus/Tenno or Toriel/Frisk)
✘ Sex-related guro/gore/death content
✘ Vomiting, scat, diapers, etc.
✘ Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
Again. I don’t and I will never ever draw any erotic or sexual content with minors! Minors are defined as real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and any adolescent animals.
Warframe commissions note: take into account that when I draw NSFW including Tenno, all the characters are Tenno-based OCs that belong to my customers, and these characters are always adult bodily and mentally.

【RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:】
✧ Only for PERSONAL USE. You can NOT sell my works anywhere. You do NOT have permission to post or use any WIP images I send you either. But you can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner.
✧ I reserve the right to use the illustration and the WIP images in any way I decide to use them (including Patreon, RedBubble, prints, portfolios, etc.). Private commissions (pictures will not be published anywhere) cost twice the original price.
✧ I retain the right to terminate the order in case the commissioner violates this terms.
【PAYMENTS:】
✧ FULL PREPAYMENT is preferable! Payment is via PAYPAL INVOICE or BOOSTY. Illustrations will NOT be started until prepayment is received.
✧ There may be exceptions. Payment plan is discussable. Sometimes I take first 50% as prepayment and second 50% after the sketch is finished. It might be discussed.
✧ DO NOT send any payments until you get a response from me accepting your commission request. Remember that I reserve the right not to accept it.
✧ Full refunds are possible only if I cancel the commission for my own reasons or if the client cancels the commission before I started working. Client can’t refuse the commission and make a refund after I’ve started working (made sketches). In this case, neither full nor partial refunds are allowed.
【WHAT IS NEEDED:】
✧ I'll need your PayPal info to send you an invoice.
✧ I'll need a detailed description of the illustration you want to get. It includes the number of characters, their interaction, desired postures, kinks, background, color palette and any other details you consider important. You MAY provide me with poses and background references if you wish to.
✧ Please, provide me with the character references, DRAWN or screenshots, not written. Only written references will increase the cost. If you want to use a character that you do not own, you MUST send me written permission from their owner to use said character.
【WORKFLOW:】
✧ Ask me for a commission via Twitter or FurAffinity personal messages or send an E-mail to frevilisk[at]gmail.com
✧ Use the subsection ‘What is needed’ to prepare yourself for the following discussion.
✧ You get on my waiting list after we discuss the commission details and set the price.
✧ Your slot is only considered reserved when I receive the full (or 50%) payment. Until that, you are on the waiting list. Simply put, the earlier you pay, the earlier you get your commission.
✧ I work in order the slots were taken. You can check open slots, my works in progress and all the needed information at my Trello profile.
✧ I do not accept deadlines of any kind. Sometimes you need to wait a bit.
✧ I’ll send you WIPs of your commission to assure I’m doing it right. You get 2 sketch corrections for free. The first one is after I set basic poses (it is a very rough sketch, mostly shapes and sticks). The second one is just before I start the linework (it is a detailed sketch, pretty much what it will be like in the end).
✧ The third correction and so on will increase a price depending on their difficulty. Generally I'll charge + $20 USD per change after the second correction. So please be careful when you revise the sketch updates.
✧ If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
✧ I don't make corrections of the outlines after the linework is finished!
✧ I'll send the finished illustration to you via Dropbox link (PNG format or other formats if requested). Please be sure to download the files in a month. After that time the files will be removed from the public access.
✧ I'll ask you not to publish the completed commission or YCH for a week anywhere. This is my Patreon related rule.
【TYPES OF ILLUSTRATIONS:】
I do full color illustrations and ref sheets. Flat color and sketches might be discussed.
Portraits, half-body pictures usually have 2500px on the long side. Illustrations and ref sheets have from 3800px to 5000px on the long side.
Prices will vary depending on character and background difficulty and the complexity of the interactions with the environment or between characters. Contact me so we can figure out the price together! |
