DisclaimerUpon commissioning me (Frizouw), you agree to all the terms given below.
Failure of respecting these terms will result in a ban from commissioning me again.
If the terms get broken during a commission process, the commission will be canceled and all rights to the piece will be forfeited.
I do not take responsibility for people that fail to read and abide these terms.
Please read everything!
General🔹 I have the right to refuse any commission, at any time, for any reason, without giving a reason.
🔹 Orders do not get completed in request order, it depends on my mood and inspiration.
🔹 I will not tolerate any forms of disrespect (e.g. harassments, toxicity, menace, etc).
🔹 For NSFW request, you need to be 18 years old or older.

🔹 I am asking 50% of the payment at start and the what is left at the end.
🔹 Payment plans are available for orders exceeding $200.
🔹 Payment is expected within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
Refund
🔹 Following a cancelation after payment, only 10% will be refunded.
🔹 If I (Frizouw) cancel your commission, you will be fully refund.
🔹 Once a commission/YCH is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
🔹 Once the WIP is finished, the payment is non-refundable (Because I am asking 50% anyway).
Cancellation
🔹 Cancellation after I accepted your request is ok.
🔹 To know more about refund regarding cancellation, please read the "Refund" section.
🔹 Serial cancellation will result in a ban.
🔹 No matter the progress of the commission, following a cancellation, you will receive nothing.
Work🔹 I will mostly work on the weekend and sometimes on Monday when I have my compress.
🔹 I start working after receiving the payment.
🔹 You can follow the process from my Trello
🔹 It's your responsibility to provide clear references.
🔹 The client will be provided with WIPs during the commission process. (Sketch, lines, color & finalization).
🔹 Orders will be completed within a time-span of 1 week to 3 months, unless discussed otherwise.
🔹 Revisions exceeding 2 will require extra payment, the amount depending on how big the revision is.
Delivery🔹 You will receive your commission in .PNG format.
🔹 Final images will be delivered through: Google Drive or email.
Rights🔹 You can use your commission/adoptable file, post it on wherever you want, just credit me.
🔹 You can print your commission for your own use, but not as a merchandise (except if we meet an agreement).
🔹 Copyright rights can be purchased, this is to be discussed privately for every case.
🔹 I have the right to use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, promotions and portfolios.
