General Commission InfoAll prices are negotiable, and more elaborate commissions will inadvertently take more time and cost more or be of lower quality for the same price. I base my invoices off approximately $30/hr.
Prices are estimates and are up for negotiation. More complex things may cost more. Extra characters will necessarily be smaller on the page, though they do not add more to the cost of commissions up to a certain point. I also do special offers from time to time, the special offers are potentially but not guaranteed to be honored after the month that they are announced, I will be happy to clarify if and when this occurs.
When sending a commission request via DM, discord, or email please make sure to send refs with your commission information so I can give you an accurate quote on the invoice. Again, prices are subject to considerations of layout, character design, and themes. Having an upper and lower limit on budget can help me give you a more accurate quote too.
Some basic Terms of Service stuff
I try to keep my pricing within $30/hr of labor. However, I sometimes over/underestimate the time it takes me to finish a piece. I will always mention in advance any time a project is going over budget, and if I go under budget I can issue partial refunds or credit the funds to the next commission, though this rarely happens.
If you aren't satisfied with a piece inform me at the earliest time possible so I can fix it to your satisfaction. It is cheaper and easier to fix a sketch than to redo line art. If you aren't satisfied with a piece at it's end and were not cooperative with changes and communication I cannot guarantee that fixes can be made nor refunds issued for completed pieces and the associated labor.
Turnaround can be over a month depending on the queue and irl factors, I am always willing to issue a complete refund if you are unsatisfied with the process, but I obviously will not finish the work and will not work with you again in the future.
All that said, I've never had to blacklist someone over commission payment issues and I'm willing to work with you if you're having difficulty paying by holding commissions till you're ready. This is my sole source of income, and it is my goal to be a consummate professional. Communication is key, just be honest and open and I'll do the same.
All of my commissions unless specifically designated for it are non-commercial works. I have and will do commercial work, including illustrations, animations, and concepting, but that must be specified in advance of the invoice even being sent. Otherwise you have perpetual non-commercial license to edit, reproduce, and share your work as you see fit. This includes having other artists edit it on commission, color it, or any other modifications, edits, etc for your own personal use so long as they are not a commercial enterprise. |

Draft CommissionDraft - $30
A quick first sketch with low effort/cost
Normally unlined and very simply lined if at all. This is the type of commission I do for free on my raffle streams. A single character takes approx. 30 min to draw to this level of quality. Additional characters and more complex characters will take longer and can adjust the price.
I can also do sloppier work for cheaper, simple drafts, pose work, concepting, etc. If you'd like more work for less money, expect lower quality in turn. |

Quick SketchQuick Sketch - $75
A touched up sketch with color, aside from cleaner lines it can also have full rendering. A second go over the initial draft or an additional time spend refining details and features. Removing uneven lines, cleaning areas, adding value, adding thinner lines. All of these qualify as a quick sketch. Also describes the resolution, typically 1.5x2k
Nearly all of my work is in the quality and category, feel free to ask for shading or full color for a quick sketch, while more expensive it's cheaper than the fully rendered linework. |

FlatsFlats - $125
Larger resolution than a quick sketch, clean lines, and flat colors. Typically takes a day to make each if I don't work on anything else, but turnaround is usually a few weeks. There are several opportunities for feedback, adjustment, etc during the process. Final resolution is typically 3x4k |

RenderedRendered - $150
A touched up version of flats, somewhere between full rendering and the flats, more time taken to clean up the line work, add detail, etc, but still no shading or at least minimal shading. The rendered tier is mostly to illustrate the jump from quick to fine line work, and if you'd like something fully rendered but not as costly, ask for a fully rendered quick sketch. While lower resolution, they have good shading and detail. |

Full RenderedFull - $200
Fully rendered and colored pic with value, effects, and all the bits n gravy added.
You're paying for the clean lineart, flats beneath, the value (or shading) added, and any highlights or other effects. This is a full color image with details and all. Prices are negotiable and often higher depending on background, characters, and alts. I can do rendering work on lower resolution pics, ask for a full color quick sketch instead if budget is a concern. |
