	TOS a/ Prices given are not subject to change, unless additional aspects are requested (Or extreme complexity). b/ Clear and readable references are required. If you give me the wrong refs, and I complete the art; it is not on me to re-do it. Make sure you have proper refs. c/ Full payment is required before I begin. d/ Time to finish is fairly quick for me. Do not expect to wait more than two weeks for me to finish; UNLESS explicitly told it will take longer. e/ WIPs will have to be requested to be provided. (As I said i work fairly quickly and many wips could end up with the art taking longer than expected.) Sketches and coloured sketches will not get any WiPs as they are just sketches. f/ Cancellation of the commission on my part will result in a %100 refund (I have never cancelled and refunded somebody, so dont expect this). Cancellation on the commissioners part will result in a %75 percent refund (for unstarted art). The more I have finished for your piece, the lower the refund will be. g/ I reserve the right to deny any commission on the basis that I am uncomfortable drawing the subject matter. h/ I reserve the right to post the art I have completed where I see fit, unless we have discussed it not being shown or kept private. i/ As the commissioner, you may post the art I do for you wherever you see fit (but given credit). Please do not alter my art though. I would prefer it kept as it is when I finish. (By no alterations I mean no paintovers, or actual changes to the art itself. Feel free to crop or turn into icons or throw some filters on. ♥) j/ As the commissioner, please do not in any way use the art to make profit or for commercial use.
