By purchasing artwork from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please take your time to read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond to these terms. The following terms are subject to change. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask through Telegram, Discord, Furaffinity or Twitter.
I have the right to decline business to anyone. If you proceed to pressure, or try to convince me otherwise you will be blacklisted and prohibited from any business with me.
I will NOT accept NSFW commissions from minors under 18. If you disclose your age I will issue a refund and permanently prohibit you from any commissions.
I own all the rights to the artwork, and am allowed to use it for portfolios, promotional use and prints.
You are free to use artwork on social media and for personal use.
Do not ask me to draw characters you have no permission to use.
I will draw:

✘ Characters labelled with transphobic slurs (c*ntboy/d*ckgirl/shem*le/futa)
✘ MLP
✘ Humanoids
✘ Hate art

Payment and Refunds
Prices are in USD.
Paypal only.
Depending on the complexity of a character and idea, the price will be higher than the base price.
Payments for commissions are prepaid upfront. If payment has not been made within 24 hours your commission slot will be cancelled. For YCHs the winning spot will be given to the last bidder.
Prices are non negotiable. If the price is higher than the base price I will not argue or haggle. You will be blacklisted if you argue with me about this.
No refunds if work has been started. Considered only in extreme situations.
Do not pay me if you are unsure about your financial situation.
All rights to any unfinished artwork can be reused or sold as a YCH by me, the artist.
I am allowed to cancel and refund a commission anytime if a client is rude or disrespectful or if work cannot be completed.
Full refunds are only available if work has yet to be started after a long period of time (8 months max).
No refunds after work has been completed.
Payment plans are negotiable for work over $200. Can be paid in 40% instalments every week. Work won’t be started till payment is complete.
Payment to a commission means you have accepted my terms of service.

Work Process
Commissions are not first come first serve. I pick and choose who I want to work with based on what I am capable of and comfortable drawing.
I work SLOW. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me. Life can be busy and cannot work fast without burning myself out. I encourage those to not poke me with message updates often. Work always gets finished and I have always kept my word on this.
Characters are stylised to fit my art style.
Commissions are taken on my Telegram Channel, Twitter, Discord Server and FA. I interchange between them but Telegram is where commission openings will always be posted.
I don’t reserve slots in openings as it’s unfair for others.
Once a commission is approved I will send out an invoice. Once payment is received, I will begin working on your commission as soon as possible.
For References and Custom Character Designs the base price is $230 USD, $50 extra for headshot/maws panels and additional side and back poses. Artistic freedom is required for customs. Price increases with multiple poses, headshots and other details.
I usually work on each commission one at a time in a queue and follow the queue in order. Most recent commissions get placed at the top of the queue and are generally finished first.
You must have a full digital coloured reference when commissioning me. No shaded refs. Low quality/old references will not be accepted, so make sure your ref is up to date!
I do not work with elaborate descriptions. You must show reference images with your idea.
You get 3 edit passes. 3 edits are free of charge if requested. After the third edit request I start charging $5 extra for every edit requested.
I will always send sketch WIPs to approve before moving onto refining. If I do not get a response within 13 hours I will proceed with the work. You may ask for a work in progress at any time but please don't be overbearing. I appreciate patience.
I don't have small talk with clients as I prefer to keep interactions professional to focus on work.
Once the image is finished, I will send a full res file via Deviantart sta.sh, and will upload the finished image to my gallery.
Waiting List and Schedule
My work schedule is Monday to Friday. I tend to not work over weekends unless on certain occasions.
Understand that I cannot guarantee to finish your commission at a particular time, and requests or deadlines are not accepted.
My turnaround rate varies depending on circumstances.
Commissions can take a few days to a week, but depending on my situation it may take up to 2 weeks or a few months. Waiting time may vary regarding the complexity of a commission.
