Terms of ServicePrices depend on the pose mostly, with extras for complexity and multiple characters. Any doubts about this can be clarified upon a first contact.
The artist can make character sheets but it depends on what the customer wants in it. Like amount of views, closeups, details, etc. The base chart information can still serve as a basis on how much it would cost, but it is better to discuss it thoroughly.
The artist can do either cell or soft shading, but if desired the commission can be just in flat colors. As informed in the prices chart, shading has extra cost depending on the art. Overly complex designs can be charged extra.
25% of the commission price must be provided prior to start. After the sketch is done it will be shown to the customer. Once the sketch is greenlit the customer must provide the rest of the payment. After that, the artist will always send updates on the commission’s progress, providing preview of lineart, flat colors, and in case of additional shading and/or background, then the final product.
Minor edits will be accepted only on sketch and lineart phase. During coloring only if the artist gets any colors wrong, so be aware that once lineart is greenlit changes to it won’t be accepted anymore.
If the artist might have issues with poses and/or excessive details he will always let everything clear prior to start, so the customer can still cancel before any payment is done.(same applies to things that might make the artist uncomfortable). No payment should be sent before the artist agrees and is ready to start working on the customer’s commission.
Any commissioned artwork by the artist shouldn't be used for profit by the customer, only for personal use unless stated at a first contact.
The artist reserves the right to publish any commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes, which might include online galleries/websites or physical means. The artist won't ever use it for prints or any other sort of profit without consulting the customer first.
Although the artist accepts commissions with detailed backgrounds it’s important to note that’s something still beyond his comfort zone and any background the artist does is somewhat experimental. If the background art desired feels out of the artist’s skill scope the customer will be warned before any payment is done.
Usually the artist’s sketches are on paper and the final product is all digital, but if the customer wants a completely traditional art piece the artist may accept those too. As it is a bit more risky method the artist charges extra and in this case he DOES NOT draw scenarios. For traditional art pieces the artist will use colored pencils, pigment ink pens, markers and colored pens depending on your commission.
Generally each commission takes around 3 to 7 days to be finished, but times can vary so please keep that in mind.
The artist can't guarantee refunds so please be aware of that. If it is manageable the customer may still be charged according to the amount of work done to that point.
The client must provide reference or a very detailed description for the character/characters of the commission, so please provide accurate reference to avoid any time loss.
Reference for poses is also accepted but the artist won’t ever copy someone else’s work or artstyle.
Do not ask the artist to draw someone else’s character if the owner of said character didn’t approve of it.
Payment is done only via Paypal for customers outside of Brazil. Brazilian customers can ask for other payment methods.
If the customer is a minor any NSFW work will be denied, please do not insist. SFW commissions will still be accepted though.
After a first contact the artist will request to talk in-depth about the details desired for the commissioned artwork. Below is a list of a few things the artist can and some he won't draw, but in any case the customer is free to ask anything that might not be listed or clear enough. The lists are most likely not complete so it’s very important to talk about all details of your commission before any payment or work is done.
