TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms:
⛧Commissioning of an art piece will only grant personal use of your digital copy. In no way can you use the art piece to gain a profit (commercial use will be subjected to further pricing). You may repost commissioned art in a personal gallery, profile icons, and/or in your own graphics, with credit
⛧ Payment must be sent via Paypal invoice only, in the full amount that is charged.
⛧ I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as personal brand promotional material unless under certain permitted conditions discussed.
⛧ Clients will be sent a sketch WIP for review. Refunds are not permitted once the sketch has been given the OK.
⛧ Any changes made to the final product, unless small mistakes made of my own fruition, will require an additional fee.
⛧ Commission prices are subject to change at any time, nor are they negotiable.
⛧ I reserve the right to turn down your commission for any reason.
⛧ I never, and will never, finish commissions within deadlines.
⛧ Full resolution files, including PSDs, must be kept to yourself or privately with friends. You have no permission to remove any watermarks and it must stay visible even after adding your own changes to the final product. |

Won't Do:
----Gore----
Blood, candy gore and other non-real equivalents are permitted so long as it is within reason. Gore is not my thing and I would rather not look up references to real-life instances for the sake of a commission.
----Child, cub, shota, etc. pornography----
If your character has a "chibi-like" body structure, the age of the character will be required.
This also falls under scenarios that may be perceived as sexual to some, even if the intent is not entirely sexual. ie; Vore, Feet, etc.
By no means will I age-up canonically underage characters if there are no of-age alternates within the media.
----Commissions that may insight harm or controversy towards a person/group of people----
Includes what might be considered politically charged. ie; Characters wearing politically motivated attire, such as MAGA hats, armbands (even if ambiguous), etc.
Memes that have ties to political movements and/or hate symbols.
In note, please remain respectful as I will not agree to working with commissioners that use slurs, especially those targeting lgbtq+ members. |
