TOS.

Before contacting, please make sure you read them:

• By commissioning me you accept these TOS, even if you don't read them.

• I do about 2 or 3 works a week, use this as a wait time reference.

• We discuss what the commission will be when its your turn in queue.

• Have your idea ready for when its your turn, I can't wait too much to start a drawing since it will slow things down.

• I charge the moment its your turn in queue and the idea is settled.

• I don't do refunds after the sketch is approved.

• I won't accept commissions from people under the age of 18.

• The result drawing cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

• The result drawing cannot be published as your own work, credits are not
obligatory but they are welcome.

• The result drawing cannot be resold.

• The result drawing cannot be modified by the buyer or another artist.

• My signature/watermark in the resulting drawing cannot be removed from the drawing, replaced or obstructed by your or another artist's signature/watermark.

• The result drawing cannot be sold as an NFT.

• The result drawing cannot be used as an NFT.

• I do not share the source file (.psd, .sai, etc), only the full res .png.

• I only receive payments thru PayPal.

• Attempting to contact me to draw a stolen or non-consensual to use
character from another user will result in a block.

• If I find out you commissioned me to draw a stolen/traced character and I already started the drawing, I will stop drawing it and notify the owner. No refund will be done and you will be blocked and put in a blacklist.

• A flat colored ref sheet is necessary, if its shaded I'm not responsable for mismatched colors, and I wont accept the comm if there is no ref sheet at all.

• I will not draw (These are the ones I mainly have in mind but there could
always be something else I don't feel comfortable drawing and its not
here):

• Pedo/Cub/loli/100,000,000 year old goddess, etc.
• Underage characters in General.
• NSFW Feral ( The character will always be Anthro, I can draw SFW feral, im just not good at it ).
• Scat/Watersports/Farts.
• Vore.
• Gore.
• Themes like cheating or similar.
• Rape/non-consensual.
• Humans, yet.
• IRL celebrities/influencers/friends/etc.
• ABDL.
• Characters with no ref sheet, I can make a ref sheet out of a written idea tho.
