TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
Artist maintain rights to all created artwork.
Artist retain the right to terminate the order in case the commissioner violates these terms.

WILL DRAW:
· Humans, fantasy races, aliens
· Furry and anthro characters
· Characters of any sex and gender
· NSFW, aesthetic nudity, soft fetishes (please ask if you`re unsure)

WON'T DRAW:
· Feral characters
· Underage characters in sexual situations
· Extreme fetishes (please ask if you`re unsure)
· Copy versions of already existing artwork
· Weapons and vehicles
· Gore and extreme violent situations (some blood is okay; please ask if you`re unsure)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
· Current method of payment is Paypal only.
· Current value is USD only.
· Most payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot.
· Payment plans are available for prices higher than 150$ (for a period no more than 2 months).
· If a commission is canceled after payment is provided, the refunded summ will be equal minus to the amount for which work has already been done.
· If the received finished (or half-way) picture is not to your liking and you want to add major changes/make a new one, you must provide additional payment.
Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.

WORKFLOW:
· Deadlines are provided in conversation and may vary depending on complexity of the work. If there's any delay - you will be notified.
· Client must provide reference picture(s) or detailed description for character. Any additional information regarding emotion/posture/mood for the whole artwork will be helpful. If you choose to trust artist with freedom to decide these details for themself please include it in conversation.
· Artist will provide the sketch version for approval and feedback. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, artist reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way they see fit.
· Artist will send WIPs - flat colored version and stages of details. After approval, client have three (3) free fixes. Artist' own mistakes will be fixed for free (regarding only on provided information).
· Client will receive the high resolution file and one for web use.
· Artist remain the right to cancel further work with the client if they do not feel comfortable. Refund will be provided.

RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
· Client can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. They may edit it to use as an icon, banner, etc. Credit or link back are appreciated but not necessary.
· Artist reserve the right to use the final image in artbooks, as prints and post it to any gallery they have. Credit for your characters will be provided in the product description.
· In case you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be posted anywhere - please note beforehand.

WHAT ADDS TO THE PRICE:
· Complicated outfits and props
· Wings and extra body parts
· Complex backgrounds and surface rendering
· Complicated interactions with the environment or between characters
· Additional versions of artwork (clothed/nude etc.)
