• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
Payment is upfront.
***Returning clients (3, 3+ arts previously commissioned) get 10% discount for every type of commission except adoptables prices.

Favorite themes (completely optional!): sci-fi, cyborgs and robots, monsters, cryptids, avians, unusual and original species, wholesome stuff, character interaction, fantasy/dark fantasy, warriors, mages, elaborate outfits and accessories
- You may not sell or exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the right to do so. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, digital products, online marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
- You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
- You can repost the finished piece to any of your web pages
- Turnaround time is up to 2 months from the moment I got the payment for the commission, I'll inform you if something urgent happens. Doesn’t include time spent waiting for the client’s feedback.
- I can post pieces done for you anonymously if you want.
- I can refuse any commission without explaining.
- Refunds are very complicated and can only be requested before any updates have been sent to the client.

- I will draw characters without ref sheets but I won't do major corrections to their looks in the art itself if something isn't exactly the way you imagined, please have an understanding that I can't read minds.

- non-sentient animals engaged in anything sexual (sentient feral/sentient feral is alright, for example, dragons, griffins, pokemon, harpies, etc)
- cubs and underage characters engaged in anything sexual
- incest
- non-con, rape
- dirty diapers and watersports (clean for an extra fee)
- sexual vore, gore and giants (just a giant or hunting/fighting is alright for example)
- anything related to pregnancy and laying (in sexual context)
- complex weapons and vehicles only if you provide me good references yourself
- extreme muscle or fat (depends, ask)
- cervical penetration
- I will show you the progress and you can make corrections.
After sketch: one full change and 3 small changes without a fee possible, future changes for a fee.
After clean lineart: Small detail changes*
After coloring: Color changes are possible once.
After finishing: only my mistakes if I made any (wrong markings or anything like that), cropping, adding watermark if needed
I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished art if no feedback was given to amend it.
I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
- Please state your character's species and gender upon commissioning, so there won't be any misunderstandings.
- No pose corrections for the YCHs
- no corrections and WIPs for sketch and traditional commissions (unless it’s me who messed up, e.g. drew 2 horns instead of 4, etc)
- I have a right to post the finished piece in any of my galleries unless it's a private commission.
You have to be over 18 to commission or buy YCHs with NSFW content.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
• If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
• The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
COPYRIGHT
• You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me.
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.
• In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.
