Terms of Service

GENERAL
1) By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
2) We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone for any reason.

WE WILL DRAW:
- Furry, feral, anthro and human characters
- Characters of any sex and gender
- Straight, gay, lesbian, queer etc. couples and groups
- Soft fetishes (ask if unsure)

WE WON'T DRAW:
- Underage characters in sexual situations
- Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
1) Payment via Hipolink (it supports Paypal) or Patreon.
2) Most payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot.
3) Payment plans are available for regular customers with prior discussion/approval.
4) If a commission is canceled for any reason from our side, we will make the 100% refund the money.
5) If a commission is canceled for any reason from the customers side we will make the refund the money minus the amount for which work has already been done:
- Cancelling the commission on the sketch stage - we will make the refund in amount of 100% of the full price, but we keep the right to sell the drawn sketch as a YCH.
- Cancelling the commission on the lineart stage - we will make the refund in amount of 75% of the full price.
- Cancelling the commission on the coloring and shading stage - we will make the refund in amount of 50% of the full price.
- Cancelling the commission on the final rendering stage - we will make the refund in amount of 20% of the full price.
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.

WORKFLOW:
1) We do not accept deadlines of any kind.
2) We don't necessary work in order the slots were taken. But we keep that order in mind.
3) We will provide the thumbnail sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, any change will take an extra payment equal to its complexity.
4) When we are done, We can provide you with high resolution .png file(s) if you ask for it beforehand.

RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
1) Clients can upload finished version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. They may edit it to use as icon, banner, etc. Credit or link back are appreciated.
2) We reserve the right to use final image in our galleries, artbooks, as prints, etc. In case we do - credit for your characters will be provided in the product description.
3) In case you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please note us beforehand, clearly stating what you don't want us to do.

-Complicated outfits and props
-Wings and extra body parts
-Alternative versions of YCH's and comissions, including NSFW version
-Complex backgrounds and surface rendering
-Complicated interactions with the environment or between characters

-Simple or abstract backgrounds
