Commissions rulesℂ𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕚𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 𝕣𝕦𝕝𝕖𝕤
Know that my commissions rules are quite simple for everybody. I will ask you that, if you want a commission from me, to respect and follow the rules that you will read. Thank you.
𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕞 𝕠𝕗 𝕤𝕖𝕣𝕧𝕚𝕔𝕖
1. I have the right to refuse any commission if I can’t do it or if it’s something that I can’t draw. It’s possible to have other reason, but if I can’t do it, you will be noticed.
2. I have the right to post the commission wherever I want, saying that the character(s) are from you. If you wish to keep it private, please tell me before I finish it. If you want to post the commission on any website, please credit me.
3. Don’t ask me for trade or free draw, except if there is a raffle, I will automatically refuse.
4. I’m doing my commission in order except if it’s an emergency (birthday gift for exemple).
5. You will have updates of your commission step by step, for exemple you will have a sketch, and the line, and the colors. Everything will have my mark on it. If you dare to use the sketches and line for anything else, I will stop your commission and there will be no refund. I don’t want to draw for a thief.
6. For the refund, there is some little things to know : I will only refund a part of your commission. For exemple :
• If you commission me and want a refund after I only did the sketch, your refund will be of 30$ if you paid a commission of 40$.
• If you commission me and want a refund after I did the line, your refund will be half of what you have paid. For exemple : if you paid a commission of 40$, your refund will be 20$.
• I don’t do refund when I start the colors.
7. If you stop a commission in the middle, know that everything I did does not belong to you. If I want to use it for anything, I have the right. The only thing who will change is that your character won’t be there. Every updates you had does not belong to you either. If you use them, there will be consequences for stolen work.
8. Be sure to know what you want before asking for a commission. I won’t wait a month for you.
9. You can ask for little change (accessories, little change in line, etc.) only 5 times, after that I will charge extra.à
10. When the piece(s) is/are finish, you can’t come back later for adjustments or change. You approved this, assume it. You can come back only if there mistake I did (like forget to color toes or little things), but don’t abuse on it.
11. I can negotiate only for ref sheets, since you buy it by parts and not pieces. For exemple : I can make a headshot and two full bodies, you will pay for these 3 parts.
12. If you stop your ref sheet commission and there is one finish headshot, half body or full body, I can refund you what is not done or started, but not what I finished. For exemple : If you have pay for two full bodies and a headshot, and I only did one full body, you will pay only for the full body I have done.
13. If you use my work and the commission I gave to you for things that cost money, exemple : « if you want to see the other page of my comic, you have to give 5$ », you will have to give me all the money you had with it. It’s not because you paid for a commission that you have the right to make money on it. Legal rules.
14. I don’t take NSFW, Gore, Hateful things. If you want something more « mature » (naked but nothing sexual, blood, etc.), you need to have more than 18 years old.
15. I’m not a machine. I have a life and I take time to make things. If you give me pressure I will totally refuse or stop your commission.
16. I can ask you your discord so it will be easier to you for updates. If you don’t want, we can do this in private message on the website.

• I work under my own rules and not Paypal rules. So if you have a problem, come to me directly and not to Paypal behind my back please.
• I only use Paypal and nothing else. I won’t accept any other kind of payment than Paypal. No cryptocurrency will be accepted. If you want to pay with it, you won’t have any art from me.
Please know that I know my right. I am very strict about stolen arts, using arts made from other for money, etc., and I won’t tolerate this like many artists do.

If you want to see the price for a character, it will be always show on the commission image sheet.
But it’s always good to remember to others how it work with me.
• The prices for one character will depend of the kind of commission you want. The price for a headshot will be less higher than for a full body.
• If you want more than one character, you will have the pay half for each one. For exemple : you want three characters, the first one will be full price, the second will be half price and the third one will be half price. Sort of a buy 3 things for only 2.
• If you buy a ref sheet, you pay for every part of it. If you want a ref sheet with 4 full body/half body, you will have to pay for each one. I can add some elements for free depends on how many thing you want it there. I won’t make you pay for important things like colors sheets or simple accessories, for very detailed accessories you will have to pay a little extra, like 1 to 2 $.
• I don’t draw characters that doesn’t belong to you. If I draw a character you have stolen and I didn’t know, and that I have the real owner coming to me, be sure that I will give it your name and you will be mentioned everywhere as a thief, and you will be automatically blacklisted.
