All professional correspondence (i.e. inquiries, commissions, quotes, etc.) is exclusively through on E-mail/Note/Discord and handled by me as artist (Hynvale)
Every commission project helps support the artist (Hynvale) as long-term independent anthro artist to keep sustain on this community ♥
It also helps me to investment the future self-projects, IRL monthly living costs paybill $350/mo, (in-case) repairing hardware device for create artwork, and of course new artworks whether it's my artworks (SFW) and NMA of my OCs (SFW/NSFW).
I personally not a typical person who running subscribed-content platform like Patreon. I think I don't have any exclusive content to be monetized apart from commission selling, so I’ll give everyone a fair chance to see my artworks~ But if you can't commissioning me, you still have another way support me just like sending Furaffinity Shinies or Tip me on Ko-Fi.

I. GENERAL
1. By ordering a commission you agree to my particular style and skill level. Please see my gallery for examples of my work before commissioning so you can expect your character to be drawn in my style.
2. By ordering a commission you declare that you're of legal age.
3. Hynvale only accepted payment with Paypal (Invoice+USD)
4. Hynvale reserve rights to accept any idea, any complexity, any character(s) model of your commission order as belong it's fit with my Terms of Service.
5. Hynvale artworks are mainly/focused to SFW and Suggestive (not really consider ‘Mature’ rating, depending... I might change my mind) but I don’t draw NSFW - I only statement of ‘I can’t draw NSFW’ and not against NSFW. I have NSFW stuff but it’s only refer to my character(s) drawn by other artist and my Favourite lists tab
6. Info about opening commission / reminder post will be posted on Instagram (Feed/Story), Deviantart (Gallery/Status Update), Furaffinity (Gallery/Journal), Facebook (Groups). Some platform or promotion post may only limited-time post offers which I'll deleted it later. Please pay your attention and make sure you don't miss the chance!
7. Regarding to 'Your FA/DA/IG/Twitter/etc. username(s)' - Every commissioners must have account(s) gallery which related to anthro/feral/creature character and fantasy-related thing for a clearly proven that you're really acknowledge and belonging to this fandom, preferly you must have Furaffinity/Deviantart/Twitter/Instagram - Hynvale doesn't ask your personal/unrelatable account(s). Your account(s) gallery must visible, publicy, or easily accessible to preview it and must be included artwork of your character(s) which drawn/design by yourself, by other artist, or as owner adopted character. For some reason, account of commissioners with empty gallery are also allowed as belong there are a proof of your character(s) drawn and only posted on other artist(s) gallery or easily found your character by search engine of Furaffinity, Deviantart, Twitter, Google.
8. Any character(s) that you’re presented to Hynvale must be clear of the respective character(s) copyright owner, either it’s commissioner or partner commissioner (for multiple characters purposes). So Hynvale can presume the character from partner commissioner have a permission to allowing Hynvale to be drawn and featured with your character (by main commissioner)
Usually I’ll written “Commission for <main commissioner username> featured <partner commissioner username> of their characters xxxx” like these example here
9. BONUS! - Hynvale are interested if your commission idea featured with Hynvale character(s)! You’ll get reduced prices -$45 for commission type Full Illustration/Fullbody/Halfbody only whether simple & complex background (you still charged multiple character +$95 but it will reduced -$45; so technically you will just charged +$50). Though I don’t have refsheet of them but surely I’ll give them a good shot. Every my character(s) that I adore for a long-term ‘playtime’ will be available in here. Let me know if you’re interested with this option and which one interested my character(s) to pairing with your character(s) :)))II. OPENING, ORDERING, ART PROCESS OF COMMISSION
1. All inquiries, quotes, invoicing, and communication are handled by me as artist (Hynvale).
2. As usual, inform about opening commission will be posted at least mid or late-month on any platform.
3. Feel interested and excited to see your character on Hynvale style? That's great! - Sent your commission inquiries as the form above to my E-mail/Note/Discord, Hynvale will reach you as soon as possible, we will discussed the details individually depending on your brief/idea description, wishes, complexity, character design and any other factors. In this step if your idea are affected to extra fee, Hynvale will informed it earlier.
4. Hynvale only work with provided materials reference. Commission description should be contains of brief description visual reference (including your characters, reference sheet, character single image) and additional optional reference such as moodboard, color palette, screenshot, etc. References should be concise, clear, up to date and written in english language (for reference sheet with text description).
5. After discussion and negotiating about your commission inquiry. Hynvale will sent invoice to your paypal address.
6. All payments must be made via Paypal; upfront; with invoice only and USD.
7. All invoices are due within 48 hours from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise for some reason.
8. Hynvale will confirm you back if the payment has been received, will start it and sent work-in-progress (WIP) to you for approval when it's ready. If we’re communicate with FA/DA +Note, Hynvale will share the WIP via Deviantart Stash (https://sta.sh/) or Google Drive. The given WIP images should not publicly earlier by the commissioner without Hynvale permission. (Additional WIP services like streaming/livestreams, timelapse videos. and similar are not unavailable.)
9. All commission progress can be followed one and only latest FA Journal entitled “💎💎━━ Commission Open | <MONTH>” showing the progress-bar. Hynvale are not using Trello or similiar services. You don’t need to contact me about the curiosity of how your commission is coming along - you’re always guaranteed to get contacted by me when the commission has reached some stage to show you (sketch/lineart/color/shading).
10. Hynvale only do first preview of WIP rough-sketch as one sketch only and no several sketches. Rough sketch step are most struggling part as following your preferences of the expected idea artwork within artist's interpretation creativity subject. My ‘rough sketch’ are preferably clear interpretation regarding to the final artwork expectation. Here’s the example of WIP rough sketch for just one-time sketch and the final artwork. So I highly recommended if your commission idea has some exact reference (pose, color, composition, etc.) as your expected unless if you’re allowing me to do artistic freedom for some apart.
11. Further WIP updates are provided exclusively. You'll get WIP rough sketch for approval first (Rough sketch can be sketch black-n-white or colored sketch). This stages are important to tell me for any changes and revisions. Usually (but not necessary) my WIP workflow for approval is: Rought Sketch -> Lineart -> Base Color -> Finishing. Sometimes while you’re already excited on the rough sketch I can go through into final artwork and surely must be agreed at first.
12. Though the commission artwork is completed, minor changes/edits/adjustments are welcome as belong it's reasonable. Sometimes may be charged depending on minor changes. But will not applied to heavily changes for final artwork. (i.e suddenly change the character pose on final artwork).
13. IMPORTANT! - Clear communication are essential. Make sure you’re available to reply when Hynvale offering WIP if something changes needed or just wanted to simply to say “yeah looks good so finish it please.” If the commissioner not replying Hynvale for at least more than five days - then Hynvale assumed if the WIP artwork is good and will go through into finishing the artwork.
III. DELIVERED ARTWORK DETAILS
1. Final artwork in High Resolution .PNG 300dpi (can be provided .jpg by request) and send to your E-mail/Note/Discord. Delivery will be via Google Drive link. If someday you’ve lost the commission files, feel free to contact me again so I can re-deliver to you.
2. Final artwork coming up will at least separated three version file - Watermark (Web-size) ; Watermark (HD) ; Unwatermarked (HD)
- Watermark - You may post the artwork on your sites. I'm recommend ‘Watermark (Web-size)’ version. The most important is: credits in the description Art by Hynvale (linking are optional) or tag/mention Hynvale if you post on FA/DA.
- Unwatermarked - A very exclusive of your actual commission artwork so it’s only keep for you and very special for you! So don't upload post anywhere. Thank you.
3. Hynvale watermark format will be including these three parts:
- Hynvale Main Logo (‘Hynvale’ Logotype + ‘Wolf’ Logogram)
- Small ©Hynvale near character head
- Linking my three main page (Deviantart, Instagram, Ko-Fi). I didn’t include Furaffinity and it’s intentional actually
Due to following ratio or theme artwork as artist creativity vision. Hynvale do configuration logo into simplified look: ’Hynvale’ or ‘H’ Logotype only. (I’ll let you know first so you didn’t get confused of my ‘different’ logo - it’s still same). Usually but not necessary, Hynvale Main Logo are refer to “Full Illustration Commission” and simplified Hynvale logo for “Portrait Format / Simple Background Commission.”
4. Wanted to get PSD FIle? - Yes, you can! .PSD set fee will be +80% from the price you’d ordered one of the commission type, example pricing: Full Illustration +PSD File: $325+$260(80%) = $585
5. Various type of commission will be custom ratio/resolution and it following on “Description of Your Idea” as setting up by Hynvale interpretation creativity subject. If you have specific ratio purposes (i.e. for desktop wallpaper) Please let me know and write it on “[Optional] Note & Questions”

IV. TURNAROUND
1. Turnaround may variated, usually it will take up to 3-8 weeks, but it's also depending on queue waiting list workload and in-real life Hynvale. Sometimes it might be bit delay but it won't take too long for finishing your commission - Hynvale will do best to all commissioner!
V. PRIVACY USE
Belong to commission inquiry form, there are three tier of privacy use:
1. General Use
- Usually a normal commission and able to showcase public. No fee
2. Gifts For Someone +$30
- A special gift for someone/your partner for their birthday, commission gifted, surprise, etc. Usually this fee are applicable for single character and it has difference owner between the main commissioner (that you contacted to Hynvale) and character to be shown to Hynvale for commissioning purposes (which the character owned by partner commissioner). This option are useful to prevent character stolen and Hynvale know you and your partner are knowing each other. If you don't want to be charged on this option fee, I recommend your partner should be contact me as main commissioner. This fee are not same with multiple character +$95 which may featured your partner character.
3. Anonymous/Private +$150
- Posting new artwork(s) are pretty exclusive and it has potential phenomenal interaction for anyone of my watchers/fans/supporter/commissioner either it’s newcomer and loyalty follower. In otherhand, I believe there’s some commissioner who liked my artwork but wants to remain anonymous and doesn’t wish their commissioned art to be publicy anywhere for a reason. Please Let me know this beforehand and must be agreement both sides on Hynvale and commissioner. You’ll be charged on these fee. You still added on my FA Journal progress list with blank “@username” displayed.
VI. COPYRIGHT (ARTIST)
1. Hynvale as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. (only the artwork - will not claimed the commissioner character).
2. Hynvale as an artist will not use commission artwork for commercial purposes.
3. Hynvale as an artist will not upload commission artwork IF the artwork privacy use is Anonymous/Private.
4. Rights of distribution on any sites - Deviantart/Furaffinity/Instagram gallery page or any others sites for portfolio purposes, web-size images only.
5. Rights of promotional purpose - Hynvale have own promotional template so it might be edited/cropped/slightly altered for suitable and dynamic proportion image on any Hynvale platform. But will keep visible credit owners.
6. Rights of only artwork has been created. Hynvale will not claim any rights to character(s) commissioner.
VII. COPYRIGHT (COMMISSIONER/CLIENTS)
1. Every clients has possibility to buy full commercial rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually.
2. Repost artwork on an platform as you have, with credits “Art by Hynvle” in description (linking are optional).
3. Edit/Crop the artwork as icons, banners, etc. (should credit me visible as you can i.e PFP by Hynvale, banner by Hynvale).
4. Print the artwork for your personal use (posters, t-shirt, etc.)
5. Gift for someone you know such as holidays seasons or birthday.
6. Clients cannot use the artworks personal use for commercial purposes.
7. Clients cannot claim the artwork draw by your own.
8. Clients cannot upload commission artwork IF the artwork privacy use is Anonymous/Private
VIII. REGARDING TO BLOCKCHAIN-BASED TECHNOLOGIES
1. Hynvale and Commissioner/Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork with Blockchain-Based Technologies, Cryptocurrency, and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any purposes and profits which associated with blockchain-based technology, cryptocurrency, or NFTs - is strictly prohibited.
