- Artwork including any hateful, political, or discriminatory imagery
- NSFW artwork of another person's character without their express knowledge/consent, ex., for roleplay purposes.
- Artwork depicting violence towards another person's character without their express knowledge/consent, ex., for roleplay purposes.
- Fetish art, SFW or NSFW
- MLP, robot, or human characters

🌟GENERAL:🌟
🍂 Ask for a transparent version beforehand if you need it; keep in mind it will still be watermarked.
🕯️I will not complete a piece using another artist's sketch unless I have their express consent and if I feel comfortable.
🍂Do not recreate, copy, or otherwise use (unless you are the buyer) my character designs, customs, premades, or adoptables!
🕯️ I do not do requests, and I only trade with mutuals!
🍂 I'm most confident drawing canines and felines, but I'm open to drawing any species! ^^ ~
🕯️Having a digital image/reference is preferred, however I will happily work based off description or traditional sheets. For the latter two, a digital palette is preferred, but not required. I will do my best to always clarify, but mistakes made due to a poor quality image are not my responsibility.
🍂 I can give a quote for special commissions ~ for example, if any piece I post that's an unofficial style/experimental/not a commission type strikes your fancy, I'm happy to replicate the style.
🕯️ While I will draw in a certain broad style if requested, (chibi, kemono, rubberhose, Japanese brush painting, etc.), I will not attempt to replicate another specific artists style, and largely these will count as special commissions with a price quote.
🍂 SPECIFY if you'd like an anthro or feral piece.
🕯️Prices will be raised accordingly if you have an exceptionally complicated character; elements such as multiple/detailed wings, very complicated markings, robotic/mechanical elements, complicated props, etc.
🍂 I will always send sketches, and WIPs if requested on normal commissions, however for reference sheets or character designs I will always send many for approval or edits.
🕯️I tend to start work on pieces fairly quickly, so if you have edits to your commission details you must tell me quickly. Depending on the edit requested, I may do it for free, charge extra, or deny the edit. If I'm still in the sketching stage I will happily make any changes you'd like, but once you've approved a sketch, I may decline or charge extra, depending on the edit.
🍂 If you need a commission completed for a certain deadline, such as if the piece is a gift, I am happy to accommodate if you've left me appropriate time to complete my work. Please do not lie about having a deadline, it's extremely insulting and dishonest.
🕯️ Do not use any of my artwork for any purpose without asking. In rare cases I will permit it, such as if it's NOT a commissioners, my own, or another person's character, and if you're only using it as a profile picture or something similar - but 9/10 times I don't allow it, and if I do, I ask for bio/description credit. However, in the case that the artwork is a commission for someone else of their character, DO NOT USE IT. It's incredibly disrespectful to both the commissioner and myself.

❌ YOU MAY NOT:
• Trace, recolour, or reproduce my artwork.
• Remove/obstruct my watermark in any way.
• Resell my work, unless the worth of the piece (whatever you paid, not overpricing) is being added to the sale of the depicted character.
•Use the artwork for profit (RedBubble products, Prints, T-shirt companies, commercial use, etc., unless discussed between us.)
• Sell merch of my adoptables/customs without permission
🌟 YOU MAY: use the image for your own personal use, ex.:
• Posting on your social media profiles
• Having a print made ONLY for yourself
• Roleplay use
• Using for banner images, profile pictures, wallpapers, and such. Description/bio credit is optional but greatly appreciated! ^^

🍂Payment:🍂
• I take payment IN FULL in the form of a PayPal invoice, and BEFORE I start any work. I do not do payment plans or partial payments.
• I DON'T take DA points, Furry Amino coins, gift cards, Venmo, or anything similar. I also don't take characters, art, or 'exposure' as payment.
• I will not refund after I've begun work, unless in the case of extremely rare exceptions, these being:
- I neglect/am not able to complete my work in an appropriate
time (this time frame determined by myself)
- You are in EXTREMELY desperate need of the money, such as if
you've run into sudden financial trouble due to serious
family/relationship troubles/an accident/injury/losing a job, etc.,
in which case, I will consider giving full or partial refund, ONLY if
the work is not completed. I will not stand for any attempts to
deceive me, & you will be blacklisted and blocked if I find you're
being dishonest. In addition, I do NOT guarantee a refund, as this
is on an extremely case-by-case basis.
- If I feel that I cannot complete the commission to the best of
my abilities. (If I feel that I can't get a grip on the species, if the
background is too difficult, or I'm not confident in the posing,
etc.) I am a young artist, and while I do and will do my
absolute best on every commission, I don't want to deliver a
product that is inferior to my standards, so please respect that ^^
•Attempts to scam me by falsely demanding refund through
PayPal's system will not be tolerated. I will fight the claim & bite back. You will also be blocked and blacklisted, and in addition, I will publicize you as someone who cannot be trusted, to warn any other artists you may potentially commission to stay away from you. I don't appreciate having my time and money messed with.

I know this all makes me sound rather intimidating, but please know I'm very open & easygoing, but I don't like to be messed with by people (although rare in my experience) who choose to be tossers ^^
