Terms and Conditions

Under Construction

Upon Payment of the commission the client agrees to all Terms and Conditions made by artist here and via note or email.

Payment
-Payment in USD(SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO ECONOMY)
-Payment will be via Paypal invoice.
-Commissioner will have to be paid up front for commission to be contracted.
-refunds is available to commissioners if project had not been started or artist cant finish artwork.

Procedures

- Artwork may take longer to finish due to real life commitments and work, but client will be informed of delays.
- All client will be given Work In Progress notes or emails of their project once it has been started, Sketches Wip, linework and final colours.
-any major changes to the scope of agreed scene from sketch wip will be charged extra or new commission be reinstated.
- Once commission is finalized the client will receive a HD and a WEB version of their artwork.

Important Notice
- Harassment of artist on progress of agree artwork will result in delays or termination of contract and refund will be calculated on minus TIME SPEND ON WORK.
- publishing of artwork for fame and profit will be in breath of contract and legal action will be taking.
- Artist retains All copyrights for artwork (unless client wishes to purchase a licence).
-I reserve all the rights to decline and accept any commission offered to me.
-Any artwork being upload or publish will need to be fully credited
-Any alteration to original artwork will be in breach of contract and legal action taken.

Do and Don'ts

I will draw:
-Humans and furries/anthros
-Feral Animals/Monsters
-Sci-fi and High Fantasy
-Softcore and hardcore porn
-violent and action scenes
-Straight and lesbian/yuri

I will not draw:
-yaoi or gay porn
-Most Fetishes like scat, hyper, fat/inflated, vore and ect (Ask if your not too sure)
-Any offensive material/action toward a person or race.(Racist or hateful)
