Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me for artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:
1. GENERAL TERMS
All drawings may include a watermark or signature, which must not be removed.
Prices are subject to change.
I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason I do not feel comfortable with.
2. PAYMENT
Payments must be made in USD via PayPal.
The full commission amount must be paid upfront.
An invoice will be issued once the commission details have been discussed and your slot has been confirmed.
3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
Throughout the process, I will share progress updates with you to ensure the work is meeting your expectations!
You will receive updates at various stages, including the sketch, lineart, and color/shading phases (if applicable).
The estimated completion time for your commission is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on factors such as complexity, my health, and overall workload.
If anything comes up that will delay the progress, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Once the commission is complete, you will receive the high-resolution file, along with a web-friendly version if needed. Please note that no physical product will be provided.
4. REVISIONS
One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase and are included in the commission price.
A limited number of minor revisions are allowed during the coloring/shading phase, also covered by the price.
Excessive minor revisions that halt progress will incur additional fees.
Revisions required due to my own mistakes\misunderstanding will be free of charge.
Additional major revisions will incur extra fees.
It is up to my discretion to determine what constitutes a minor or major revision.
5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
As the artist, I retain the copyright to the completed artwork, not the buyer. This means I am allowed to:
Use the artwork to promote myself anywhere (website, social media, etc.)
Display the artwork publicly at my discretion
Post the artwork wherever I choose
The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes unless otherwise agreed (e.g., share it on social media, forums, etc.)
Print the artwork
Use the artwork to promote themselves, though crediting me is not required, but it is appreciated
Copyright infringement includes:
Reproducing or using the artwork commercially (making money from it in any way)
Claiming the artwork as your own
Removing my signature or watermark
Altering the artwork without my consent
I retain full rights to the image and its distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you have any concerns or issues with your commissioned piece, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
I’m open to adjusting some of my terms before I begin your commission. For example, if you prefer I don't post the artwork, we can discuss that.
7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are not available once the work has been completed.
You may cancel the commission at any time, and I will issue a refund based on the amount of work not yet completed.
Once you have approved the artwork, chargebacks are not allowed.
In other cases, I am open to finding a personal, amicable solution with the customer. |
