	Terms of Service - You agree you are only acquiring the artwork itself and not the intellectual property rights to it. I reserve the rights to make copies, showcase it and publish it, for profit or otherwise. If you need confidentiality or exclusive rights it must be negotiated beforehand; - I reserve the right to decline a commission that involves any theme I am not willing to draw. This includes, but does not limit to: bestiality, pedo, scat, watersports, snuff, guro; - Refunds applicable only if exceeding the expected time to deliver it, in relation to the work not delivered - only partial refunds if work-in-progress have been delivered, with the retained amount being payment for work already delivered; - In the case of work where the commissioner is given work-in-progress images, the commissioner is free to ask changes to the current stage of completion, but changes that requires going back to an earlier stage may require additional payment - for instance: if the pose sketch has been approved and the commissioner asks for a different pose after the inked image has been delivered, this change may require additional payment. Late changes to traditional media will be outright refused; - I reserve the right to cancel and give a refund if I am no longer able or willing to complete the commission, according to the owed work; - These terms of service are valid for new commissions.
