Some terms and info - as of October 4th, 2022 - (tweaked it to make it more up to date)
Current prices as of October 18th, 2021
NOTE: I'm not always open! I will usually make a journal when I take slots.
-Payments and Refunds: I will wait to be paid in full before starting. If anything happens where I feel like I can't finish it for whatever reason, I will give you a full refund. Due to the payment method, you cannot get a refund once you receive the sketch. You cannot ask for a refund of a completed commission.
-What I can do with used YCHs:As a heads up and to open future options for me, note that YCH showcase sketches can still be used by me for other people. I currently have no plan to do so right away. But that can change and you agree to let me do so.
-Posting Rights: Both parties involved (I and the payer) can post the resulting art in their art gallery sites of their choice as long as it's non profit and one of my galleries/original submission is linked to. I can use the resulting art in future commission or YCH examples. I retain all the rights of the drawings.
-Rejection: I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.
-Work Schedule:
I have not been able to dedicate a schedule to work on art lately, so the turn around for the art being completed is fuzzier than it used to be. While I have an ongoing commission, I can take random days off while I work on it. I still attempt to complete it as soon as possible, so it shouldn't take a long time like a month or anything, but it has happened. Rule of thumb is don't expect the art soon, but hopefully I can pleasantly surprise.
Another thing to note would be that I will allow myself to draw for fun when I feel like it. So if I end up posting art during an on-going commission, that is why.
Timezone -4 UTC/GMT
-Tips:
I accept tips! There will be on option for it on the invoice! Like the option name says, it's optional. I don't recommend that you tip me if this is the first time you deal with me. But it is your money, so if you think I deserve more for the commission I'm drawing, you are welcome to offer a tip.
-Commission Process:
-If interested, You can fill the Google Form linked at the top of the terms. Please keep in mind I might not do all commission request. So filling the form is not a guarantee that I'll work on your idea. Please, do not take it personally. You can also join my Discord server to be notified when I'm looking to do commission by pinging a role. If you use Discord regularly, I prefer working through that over a site's messaging system.

I will not accept random friend requests
-If I pick your form, I will then contact you to see if you are still interested in the commission, as it might take a while before I get to you. Once we've established that a commission can be worked on, I will then ask for possible clarifications to your request. When everything is clear on both ends, I will give you a price based on your description to double check that you agree to the price. It is possible I make a very quick sketch to get a more concrete idea before the invoice is introduced to get a more accurate price.
-If the price is ok with you, an invoice will then be sent to you.
NOTE THAT BY PAYING THE INVOICE, YOU AGREE TO ALL MY TERMS!
-Once the invoice has been paid, I will start the actual work on the sketch.
-Upon completing the sketch, I will show you the finished sketch via a screencap. For animations, I will show a more polished, but still rough sketchy version of the full animation plus a more polished "Frame 1" image to indicate how the animation will probably look like. This is so that you can ask for reasonable change before I continue. Reasonable changes includes character features and/or animation timing and/or jarring problem (One of the arm is too long/Head is too big/eyes are not symmetrical enough for the perspective)
-You will generally receive an update for approval for other steps of the drawings (Finished lines, finished colors.) For animation, I might send you an update of the animation coming along as there's less obvious steps like a drawing.
-Once the pic is completed, The pic will be shown via a screencap again in case of left-over minor tweaks related to colors and shading, or maybe one animation frame is missing something. (Note that I am showing a screenshot first because of the process of saving a pic and uploading it somewhere takes longer than if I just screencap it) For animation, I do have to show you the finished thing, so if no tweaks is needed, that version can be saved.
-When everything is fine, I will link you the pic in it's full resolution for you to save. Drawings tends to be around 2000px, but can be more or less based on cropping or expanding while I draw. If you want to upload something smaller, I do so on my own accounts and can send you the smaller version for posting also.
Note: I try my best to update this when I get the chance to think about my limits. So if you have an idea, you can message me and ask if I'll draw something before committing with a form. Some fetishes, I might be ok to draw as long as they follow certain requirements. For example, omitting or changing certain common aspects of trends seen in images of that type. These will be listed under "Ambiguous" as I figure them out.
Will Draw
-Most genders and sexuality: Female Solo, Male Solo, Transgender, Straight, Lesbian and Gay.
-All Ratings: Clean, Mature and Adult artwork can be drawn.
Ambiguous
-Violence: I think violence is at it's best when done quick. Which ends up making a still art kinda awkward for me to get into. Having said that, I'm willing to only do violence if it's "appropriate" to me. I would be more willing to draw a picture of a character that is wounded in a war setting, especially if it's part of a story to give context, than drawing gore just cause someone is pissed at society and wants me to draw some innocent characters getting killed for no reason. In the end, it's at my discretion.
-My Original Characters: My characters, even in commissions, are probably off limit to most people, depending on the nature of the theme. Some themes are only acceptable for some people and others would be off limits for anyone. If your commission idea involves one or multiple of my characters, you can ask for it, but I can refuse the commission for any reason.
-Impregnation: I don't mind if you make me draw a picture of a lady character getting ejaculated inside her pussy and claiming that she's got impregnated in your description or tags. But I don't want to draw an Ovaries shot/panel about it or even draw the aftermath. I also don't want it to be non-consensual or even accidental.
-Neutral things I'd rather not do: Ref Sheets
Won't Draw
-"Herms": Type of character that has both genitals. Just not my cup of tea.
-Exaggerated Proportions: I prefer to draw physique that are as realistic as my skills let me. Which means that I don't want to draw boobs or dicks bigger than what you can see in real life, more or less. Exceptions would include a male horse's dick (not human).
-Extreme Fetishes: Of the top of my head, this includes vore, fatfurs (As in "morbidly obese"), scat/watersport, diapers, inflation, rape/Hypno, oviposition etc. This includes clean/stealth version of those fetishes.
-Ferals in Mature or Adult Picture: To specify, this also include "bipedal ferals". It's up to my discretion where my line is.
-Pregnancy: Sexualised Pregnancy is what I have more of a problem with, but just to be safe, I'd rather not draw any pregnant characters.
-Exaggerated Body Bulge: This includes stomach or throat bulge from a cock and/or cumflation.
-Macros: No interest.
-Underage Characters in lewd situations: Should go without saying, but I'm pointing it out right now to also mention that I do not want that kind of content given as ref either. |
