Rights of the customer:

- You will be granted to use purchased artwork in any non-commercial way. If you want to purchase it for commercial purpose, it should be said beforehand and it may affect on piece's price;

- You purchase only my labor, not the author copyrights. You can not reclaim done artwork as yours. I will obtain all copyrights over the artwork. I am also allowed to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, distribution and reproduction;

- You will get an original resolution PNG Image of your commission;

- You are not allowed to alter my artwork;

- You are not allowed to sell / make profit on my artwork in any form without my permission;

- You are not allowed to commission other peoples characters from me without the character’s owner consent.

Working process:

- I work with commissions according to my to-do list;

- I have the right to sell or use rejected material (sketches, poses) at a later date;

- I always show sketches and other stages for approval/correction;

- Pose corrections goes ONLY at the sketch stage;

- I may do a livestream of your commission, but you should ask for it in advance.
