TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

- By commissoning me, partaking in raffle or paying for YCH you agree to my ToS.
- If you are not agree to work on my terms - please don't commission me.
- I have the right to change and supplement the TOS in the future
- You have a right to note me if you have questions consideting my ToS or to solve doubtful situations.
- I reserve right to not accept your commission without any explaination or reason.

RIGHTS

- I receive full rights to the image (include it in my portfolio, submit to my main page, etc). (If you want me to not post the image, it will cost 100% of the commission)
- You are allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use only (may have exceptions, if you extremely want it, we discuss).

ORDERING

- Commissions are opened periodically
- I will be announcing the opening of the commission in my gallery
- You can contact me via Telegram or Twitter
- Please mind that English is not my native language. So visual references are always better than simple text descriptions. Thank you for understanding!

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

- I accept payment on Paypal
- You can pay 50/50 (only for commissions from 300EUR). The terms are negotiated individually.
- If commission is being canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount depending on done progress
- Sometimes I will not be able to return money immediately, it may take some time
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable

PROCESS

- The art will be done in 2-3 weeks but may be earlier, it depends of compexity
- After an art completion you will recieve a fullsize of your art.
- Give me a detailed description of what you want drawn and attach whatever you see fit (references, mood boards, music, etc).
- After you approve the sketch, you may ask only for minor changes
- I can send you stages of work if you ask for it in advance

- Any gender
- Anthro
- NSFW mature and adult content

I WON'T DRAW:

- Gore
- Vore
- Real people
- Ferals
- Hyper muscles, hyper genitalia
- Inflation
and others extrime fetishes (ask if unsure)
