T.o.SI WILL DRAW: Humans, Humanoids, Furries, Avains. I am okay with drawing Nudity, Simple NSFW.
I MIGHT DRAW: Item Heads, Armor, Scalies. Armor must have detailed visual references.
I WON'T DRAW: Explicit Fetishes, Gore, Robots, Skull Heads, Dinos, "Sparkle Dogs", Ferals or paw hands. (I just can't)
Please note: I prefer working in semi-realistic style (natural proportions, colors etc.), so I can refuse the corrections/commission.
NSFW art requires a pose reference.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS:
I accept Paypal. Make sure payment is noted as not needing to be shipped on paypal.
WORKING PROCESS:
I start working on the commissioned piece after full payment.
I don't show WIP for Sketches.
For any other commission types you will receive a rough sketch for approval/correction as soon as I have it done. You will receive a WIP before each new faze.
Once all the necessary alterations are done and approved, I finish the piece.
Please note: at the stage of rough sketch you will receive corrections as much as necessary (Please be polite). At the stages of Lineart you will receive free corrections, you will even receive color corrections at flat color faze, but any correction to line art during flat coloring will cost $5 each as those should have been corrected well before the coloring faze. Please make sure to take into consideration style range and themes I work in, before making a commission reservation! I will NOT correct finished piece or piece that’s already in the process of being shaded!
WHAT WILL YOU GET AS A RESULT:
- a full-size image with signature and Clear Background that you can publish anywhere.
REFUNDS:
Full refunds are available if work has not begun on your commission since payment. Partial refunds are given based on what stage the work process gets frozen.
- Lineart: 90% refund for simple commissions, 70% for complex pieces
- Coloring work just started: 70% refund
- The piece is more than half completed: 50% refund
Note: This will only happen if something has happened on my end and I am unable to complete your piece.
TIME:
I don't work with a strict time limit, since I have a little one and a house and dog to care for. But I'll try to finish the picture within two months(Usually less than that.), if there will be a delay, I will inform you.
PUBLISHING RULES:
I prefer to publish on FA all commissions rated as NSFW. The SFW commissions will be uploaded on FA in addition to dA. All secret commissions that I can't upload anywhere will cost 50% more.

Adopts T.O.S.When buying a design from me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
GENERAL:
-I may use the adopt as examples in refs or in a portfolio. When they are not on a base.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicious accounts with multiple monetary-related PSAs, accounts with no ties to the art/adopt community, newly made accounts, etc.
-Purchased characters are yours to roleplay, write, imagine, and draw about and commission.
BUYING:
All sales are final - feel free to ask me about buybacks but i am not obligated to buy.
DO NOT chargeback- If you have a major issue please talk to me about it.
If a chargeback occurs I have the right and will reclaim the design and resell it to a new owner.
RESELLING/VOUCHERS:
For resells- You may resell a design for the price you bought the adopt at- the price can be raised to the equivalent price of any extra art you have bought or made of them, gift art cannot be added to the pricetag.
You cannot resell designs you got in a trade.
For vouchers- Vouchers are not allowed.
TRADE:
Trading is allowed for designs in pretty much all scenarios! Please make sure my username gets to the hands of the new owner if not mentioned on the file, and if it is a closed species let them know that as well if it is not explicitly stated already.
GIFTS:
You may not resell gifts, however trading or vouchering terms are between the gifter and giftee, and the politics of this is to be kept between those 2 people, I do not want to be involved!
REPOSTING:
Reposting a design you own is fine as long as you link my FA or my TH account KaelynRayne - just typing it out doesn't cut it, it has to be linked!
CUSTOMS:
-I reserve the right to refuse any custom form at any time
-WIPS will be handed out throughout the course of the designing, after the design has been approved as finished I will not continue to do edits after that point.
- additional fees maybe added for design complexity, design rehauling in the late stages of designing, or any other reasonable reason I see fit.
CO-OWNING:
