- Watersports or Scat
- Underage characters in sexual situations (e.g. cub, loli, shota)
- Extreme gore
- Themes promoting racism, transphobia or other types of bigotry
- Certain fetishes (it varies, but asks if unsure)
- Trans and Intersex characters labeled with fetishizing terminology (e.g. c*ntboy, cboy, ladyboy, etc)
- Humans
