a 20% increase will then be added.
This means that for a commission that would cost £20 (SFW)
you will pay £24 (NSFW).

- Hyper (unusually large body parts)
- Hardcore gore

Commission ToSCOMMISSION TERMS of SERVICE
Whether you have read this or not by commissioning me you are agreeing to every word of it!
If you have a commission enquiry or something is unclear, note me.
Art will be flat coloured (unless otherwise agreed).
A WiP file is available if requested, before the colouring process has begun.
Extra details and props are allowed and will be priced accordingly.
Backgrounds will be priced on complexity and time taken to complete.

Extra characters will be priced in the same way as any other character commission,
but at 70% of the original character cost.
NSFW art will be priced in the same way as any other commission,
a 20% increase will then be added.
I have the right to refuse a commission without giving my reasons.
I have the right to cancel a commission without giving my reasons, however this is unlikely and I might be able to offer something else in substitution, or a refund.
I will plan what it is you want from the commission, once we are both happy you will be expected to pay.
24Hrs is preferable, I will wait longer with good reason but not indefinitely.
I cannot offer an exact turnaround time however I aim to be punctual.
In circumstances where this may be an issue I will keep you informed of progress, and if it comes to it I will offer a refund.
I live in the UK. This means I might be asleep when you send me that note, but I will reply a.s.a.p. so please don’t spam me with messages.
Reference material of your character/sona is preferred.
If you have a specific pose in mind it might be necessary that I ask for an example reference.
This can be something you have taken yourself or have found on the internet.
Warn me if this image contains NSFW content.
This is NOT an excuse for you to send me profane images or pictures of your genitalia!
Doing so will result in you being Blacklisted and you will not be refunded!
When you upload the art You MUST credit me as the artist.
Chances are I will be uploading the art onto my own page
(unless specifically asked not to with a good reason).
I have the right to post my artwork in any form, for any purpose, on any site.
Save your commissions.
If you lose it I will not refund or redraw lost artwork.
Do NOT claim to have drawn my artwork.
Do NOT use my artwork for commercial use.
Do NOT copy my artwork.
Do NOT alter my artwork.
Do NOT ask/hire someone else to alter my artwork,
even if you commissioned the original from me.
Do NOT redistribute my artwork unless the following are true:
You are the commissioner, you have received my permission to redistribute, you give me credit as the artist, and you link back to my original upload.
You may use your commission as reference material or crop it for an icon.
Do NOT hire me unless you can pay.
Prices are given in £GBP.
You will not be expected to pay extra for currency conversion,
instead I will check the exchange rate between our two currencies and you will pay that amount in your own currency.
Payment must be made upfront before I begin unless agreed otherwise.
Payment through bank transfer or PayPal only.
Tips are appreciated but not necessary.
You will not receive a refund after your commission has been started unless agreed upon by Me.
A partial refund may be accepted if the work has been started but is not finished.
