Payment Plans and Refunds:
I require a non-refundable down-payment that is discussed before I start the commission. This is to buy materials and pay for US shipping. I will start on your commission once it is fully paid and I have reached it in my queue. Payment isn't required until it's your turn.

If I decide to cancel your commission, you get a full refund (minus down payment if materials have been bought) and all materials and work done.

If you decide to cancel your commission, you get a refund equal to work done, and materials if you choose.

No work done: Full refund minus down payment.
Patterning done: 80% refund
Fabric cut: 60% refund
Body sewn: 20% refund
Applique done or more: 10% refund
