Terms of ServiceThe following Terms Of Service primarily applies to both my standard commissions and special discounted ones drawn exclusively during official streams (see “Streams”). This list works as a basic guideline of how I expect clients to act when seeking my services and how I, in turn, will try my best to work alongside so that we may both be happy.

I have the right to reject any and all offers for whatever reason, though the most likely reasons will probably be something heavily fetishy or offensive (ask if you're not sure). Unless requested ahead of time, commissioned artwork may get uploaded in any of my own art accounts (DeviantArt, Weazyl, Pixiv, Tumblr or Twitter). The client may or post their finished commission in their own art accounts. Commisioned artwork is to be for personal use only unless discussed ahead of time.
Paypal only. Work will begin once payment comes through; please do not take more than a week to pay me, however, else I will cancel your commission so I may move on to someone else. Note that in the case of an emergency, such as Real Life issues, I am more than willing to wait on you for an extended period of time. All I ask is that if it turns out the RL issues are forcing you to delay payment for too long, simply cancel the commission to let me know not to wait up on you.
Due to job hunting and real life, expect a small to moderate wait, unless stated otherwise. You are free to inquire about your commission's progress should the wait take more than two months.
Clients may request ahead of time for a preview sketch (flat or shaded colored commissions only) to be seen before I move on to the final work. Minor color or detail revisions may be done for free, but greater editing, such as proportions, will require an additional complexity fee of the base price of $10. Only one large revision allowed per work.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the work even after a revision has been done, a partial refund may be offered, with how much depending on the work put into the work beforehand.
Friday Stream Discount commissions and limited-time offers are exempt from this, as those sales are final.
Depending on how far in on the work I am, partial refunds on standard commissions may be asked for in the case of an unsatisfied job. No refunds for stream commissions or limited offer ones.
-What I Will Not Draw (No matter how much you pay me!)-
Rule 34, aka pornographic art of characters from official media (movies, TV, video games, etc).
Ferals in sexual situations (feral art is otherwise a-ok).
Actual sex. This is less for moral reasons and more because I’m not fond of drawing other people’s characters in this way, with very few exceptions.
Fetish-heavy imagery such as vore, diapers, watersports/scat and so on. If you’re uncertain if your request falls under this category, you are free to ask me as rare exceptions happen on a case to case basis (save the ones listed, natch)
"Herm" characters in NSFW situations or completely nude. Safe For Work artwork with such characters are 100% fine.
-What I Will Definitely Draw (I love being challenged!)-
Your original character/your friend or favorite person's character
Humans, animals, anthropomorphic creatures (animal or otherwise), extinct or mythical creatures, fictional creatures, monsters, simplistic robots (think Mega Man).
Characters from official media or original characters inspired by said media and/or its fandom. I am partial to most cartoons and video games, but pretty much anything is fair game.
Erotic nudes/couples regardless of the character’s gender or sexuality. Just no actual sex, see above as to why.
And that's it for now. Anything not listed I will either not draw at all, have no strong feelings about or I forgot that the fetish in question existed and failed to mention if I am ok with it or not. You are of course free to ask me if I'll do any kink art of anything not listed here.
