Terms of ServiceTERMS OF SERVICE [TOS]
GENERAL:
These terms describe the conditions of taking a commission from Krasik, hereinafter referred to as "the artist". By commissioning the artist you agree to the terms stated below.
The artist reserves the right to decline an order without the reasons explained.
All the work will be published in the artist's portfolio. If you would like to keep the work personal - please state this beforehand. Depending on the situation, a small charge may be taken.
ORDERING PROCESS:
You can order a commission via notes on FA or Discord: krasik.
The discussion is held in Discord. If this is not suitable for you - we will search for options.
HOW IT GOES:
1. The order is discussed via Discord where the order and the price are fixed.
2. Once everything is settled, you will be sent an invoice, and once it's paid the work will start.
3. I will be communicating with you throughout all the workflow. Active feedback is highly appreciated. In case you would like to see all the stages - please let me know.
4. All corrections are accepted only at the sketch stage. At the stage of the lineart and further - the corrections will be paid for. But don't worry - I will do my best to please you.
5. You will receive a drawing in high resolution in PNG format via e-mail.
6. Feel free to share the art. Please make sure to leave a link to my profile when publishing an art by me: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/krasik/
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
⋆ Payment is accepted via Boosty or bank trasfer.
⋆ Payments without prior invoice won't be accepted (Exception: regular customers only).
⋆ I take 100% prepayment or a 50/50 payment (available for $100+ commissions only), with 50% being paid upfront and the other 50% once the WIP is approved.
⋆ Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
⋆ if you dont like the finished (Or half-way) picture, and want new one, you must to pay again as a full image.

humans · anthro · furries · robots
SFW · NSFW (solo, any intercourse, toys)
flat color background · simple background · detailed background
WILL DRAW BUT THE ART IS NOT LABELED OR PUBLISHED IN PORTFOLIO:*
explicit violence · gore · unnatural complexion · inflation · etc.
*these types of art are charged with an additional 70% of the initial price
WILL NOT DRAW:
vore · diapers · scat · some other explicit fetishes (please request to indicate)
