Terms of Service

I do draw:
-SFW/NSFW
-Humanoids, furries, mechas and ponies
-Any species, races, bodytypes and genders
-Any sexuality
-Fan arts

I don’t draw:
-Ferals
-NSFW with minors and child-looking characters
-NSFW with real people (characters played by actors don’t count)
-Extreme gore/fetishes (vore, diapers, amputation and etc.)

Extra stuff
Background - simple +0$, unfocused +10-20$, focused +30-50$
+1 character on art - +80% from the price for the first character
Private work - +80% of the final price
Commercial use - +100% of the final price
NSFW - +7.50-20$, can take more extra for some fetishes or poses

Payment and process
-I accept payment via EasyStart (card only)
-Full prepayment
-No refunds
-Payment plans are possible, should be discussed!
-Fixes/edits are free at sketch/lineart stage, after colouring I have rights to ask for extra 2-3 dollars for each edits. My mistakes of course will be fixed for free
-I can send as much WIPs as you want, but usually for full render I send three steps - sketch, colored lineart and final result

Rights
-I have the right to reject your commission if I’ll find it too difficult for me
-You can use your commission as you wish for personal purposes (publish on your page before I do it, print for yourself), but not for commercial purposes if you’re didn’t bought the rights.
-Please, credit me as an artist/designer (for adopts/customs) if you’re posting my art anywhere🖤
-Don’t feed my art to AI.
