PROCESS:
- I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character.
- You will send a note with character description (visual or textual), some reference which describes your vision of art
and objective of the order(private art, illustration for a fanfiction/a book)
- The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only
(Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc.
(However, i will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)
If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
- Before your payment received I'll send you WIP for approval (sketch). Any changes can be applied
- After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes
- I try to work quickly, but sometimes I need more time, so be patient, please. The maximum waiting time commissions: 2 months.
- All commissions are done DIGITAL and you will receive a high-resolution file of your Picture.

• artistic nudity and soft NSFW

I will NOT draw
• hard NSFW
• fetishes (there may be exceptions)
• hard mechanisms and robots
• art about hatred of anything
• very complicated BGs and OCs
• fanart on IRL persons
• animation
• pixelart

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

- Payment via Paypal (бпс-сбербанк, ЯД, Киви).
- FULL prepayment or 50/50 (50% after sketch and 50% after the middle of the process).
- If I started your art already, you can not get full payment back. The refund is discussed individually.
- Sometimes I will not be able to return money immediately, it may take some time.
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
