Prices:
> $8 per 1.000 words for a story
> +$2 per 1.000 words for NSFW
> $25 for a basic character lore (around 3.000 words) [can be english]
Price will be calculated by (base price)*(words)/1000 | result will get
rounded downwards.
Example:
German NSFW Story: Base price of $10
Finished story has 3,880 words
Price: $10 * 3,880 / 1000 = $38.80 -> Will be $38

When ordering a commission from me, you agree to my Terms of Service
written below. Don't hesitate to ask if there are any questions left open.
I am not responsible for any consequences that may be caused by not
reading my Terms of Service.
>>> General Information <<<
The owner of the paying Paypal account has to be 18 years or older - if the
Commissioner is below legal age, the payment must happen by your legal
representative. I will not accept NSFW commissions from people younger
than 18 years.
I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for whatever reason. I will
always try to communicate that reason with the Commissioner, so
possible compromises or workarounds can be considered.
I also reserve the right to change any prices at any time. This will not affect
already ordered commissions however.
I further reserve the right to change these T.O.S. at any time without
warning. I will save older versions of my T.O.S. for review. A change in my
T.O.S. will not affect already ordered commissions - an exception to that is
the Redistribution and Copyright part, if not stated otherwise.

When contacting me for a story, following information should be included:
- Story type (NSFW/SFW)
- Language (English/German)
- Story length/budget
- Main character(s) and side character(s) (if any)
- Raw plot/storyline
- Additional information (if any)
Before I start to work, I will reply with an idea/more detailed storyline. If
that gets agreed upon, the first third of the payment will be required.
I will not show any "work in progress" files. The Commissioner may ask for
updates however, in which case I might send some small extractions from
the story and further details regarding the current state of the commission.

General payment information
Once the commission is fully paid, the Commissioner will receive a text file
including formatting for FurAffinity, aswell as an equally formated, tag-free
and copyable PDF-file.
I may cancel the commission at any time, for any or no reason. If that is
the case, the upfront payment will be refunded.
Payment plan #1
A third of the payment will be due before I start the story commission. This
third is based on the estimated price for the story, or based on the budget
given, which will determine the maximum amount of words for the story.
The final price will be based upon the final amount of words in the story.
The rest of the payment is due when the commission is done. The
commissioner will not receive the story until the commission is fully paid.
All other kinds of refunds are unavailable for this payment plan, as the
story will get paid partly upfront, partly afterwards. That means if the
Commissioner wants to cancel the commission, I will keep the upfront
payment aswell as the unfinished story.
Payment plan #2
The Commissioner can pay the full amount upfront if he wishes to do so.
In that case, the story length will be mostly set, however as I cannot
calculate by each word upfront, the story might get a little bit shorter or
longer than planned. I always try to aim to get as close as possible though
within a 5%/200 word range (whichever is lower) to both sides.
As the full payment has been done upfront, the Commissioner may ask for
a WIP file. The WIP file will come as unformatted .txt file, FA-formatting
and formatting for the PDF file will be applied later.
When cancelling a fully paid commission, the Commissioner will receive
the part of the cancelled story which has been finished, and the part of the
payment which has not been processed through yet will be refunded.
>>> Edits <<<
The Commissioner may not edit the story on his own.
If the Commissioner wishes edits to the story after completition, he may
ask me, but this may come with some additional fees, depending on the
amount of edit necessary and if parts get added or removed.
If the Commissioner asks for edits while the story is still a work in
progress, changes are free as long as the part to be changed has not been
processed through yet. Otherwise the rule above applies.
I reserve the right to decline additional edits to the story. An exception to
this is if previously mentioned details are missing.
>>> Redistribution and Copyright <<<
I retain all rights to my stories, even for commercial use. However, I will
not claim any character/idea that are not my own, as my own.
The Commissioner, aswell as the Owners of other characters included, are
allowed to print commissioned stories and may submit them on their own
and other platforms.Any of my stories are allowed to be used for private,
non-commercial use only.
If a story is intended to be used in commercial ways, please contact me
upfront so the topic can be discussed.
If a story is redistributed in any way, credits to me as the Author have to
be provided, linking back to my FurAffinity page. It is forbidden for anyone
to claim that any of my stories would be their own work. |
