By commissioning me you automatically agree to the below terms.
PERMISSIONS
As the artist:
I maintain rights to all work I create in any digital or print. This includes, but is not limited to, using commissioned work in portfolios and promotional advertisements,etc...
I maintain the right to turn down any commission(s), with no explanation needed.
I will keep the .SAI files. I do not deliver these.
I will provide a WIP (work in progress) image before starting the full image for you to approve, & will gladly edit/change whatever you want within the image (to a certain degree),
so please use this WIP to address all changes and concerns you may have because once it is agreed upon I will not offer any more changes.
I reserve the right to stream or not stream the drawings. (Though streams are not common)
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork to any of the platforms I may use unless it is the commissioner's wish to keep it private.
You as the lovely client:
You are 18 years or older. I will not do business legally with minors.
You will receive a digital copy of the artwork, both original size image and a 2nd re-sized image. No shipping of any sort will be involved.
You may request commissions to remain Private: they will not be posted on any platform I use, nor will they be streamed or used for commercial purposes.
You may post the artwork you commission wherever you see fit provided you credit the source!
You may not tamper, edit, or remove any signature or logo placed upon the completed piece, that'd be very rude..
CONTENT
-I will draw sfw and erotic art, humans, etc.-- if you're unsure if I'll draw a particular piece, you can always ask. Im not gonna bite you, worst case scenario I'll just say that i am not comfortable drawing that.
-I Won't Draw
Watersports/scat, hyperinflation, vore, diapers or loli/shota. (I would like to keep my door safe from the FBI thanks.)
PLEASE do not link me extreme fetish work as reference material. Please God! Shield my eyes!
Please do specify:
-If there is a due date, otherwise I will work at my own pace. My schedule fluctuates, however I remain as diligent as possible when working on comms.
-If you do not want me to upload the piece right away, otherwise it will be posted to my FA/Twitter at my earliest convenience.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The Prices in USD, through Paypal ONLY:
-All payments are upfront.
-I will send an invoice so please supply an email with all orders. Do not send me payment before I invoice you.
-I do add an additional amount to adjust for taxes, so in the end I receive my full payment.
I will not give refunds to any finished commission once it's been fully delivered. So please be sure to know where you are financially before ordering something from me.
-Refunds will be given to those that choose to retract their purchase before I’ve begun work, or if I’m unable to complete the work.
