◊ Frequent progress updates will be sent to the client to ensure satisfaction, to track progress and to keep the commission aimed in the direction the client wishes.

◊ Commissions can be cancelled & refunded during the under drawing stage should the results be unsatisfactory, however refunds will not be given once the Commission has been completed unless the final results go against the clients wishes that were based during messaging.
