1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Paypal is a preferred payment method. Payment is taken upfront in full. No refunds.
2. Personal use commissions - you are able to edit and print the image for your own personal use without any charge.
3. Commercial use commissions - double the price.
4. Do not claim my work as your own. If you purchased a commission, you may repost where you would like (with credits).
5. If you purchase a sketch commission, you may feel free to line and color it. No need to ask me for permission. However, you cannot use this for commercial purposes, unless you tell me. For example, you cannot ask for a sketch, make it vectored line art, and sell it as a coloring page for profit.
6. I have the right to decline any commission request.
7. If you are purchasing work for 18+ audience (NSFW, etc.), you are notifying me that you are of legal age to view/purchase the art work.
8. I will do minor edit a sketch up to two times without charging a fee per sketch (+$8 USD). I encourage a precise description of what you want (and examples) to avoid a fee.
9. I have the right to upload and share the drawing I produce for you, unless we discuss this before hand.
10. I don't work in a specific order for commissions unless a payment for priority is added.
11. Commissions will be completed within 1 month after your purchase.

YCH -NSFW

I will only be doing NSFW commissions though YCH or journals .
What is a YCH or “Your character here” commission?
A your character here commission is a special type of commission where the person who offers it (the artist) provides an unfinished sketch of the final artwork.

During the course of a YCH you can bid for a to be finished version that will then feature your character of choice in the final piece. The character will still feature the same pose and expression that the character rag doll in the sketch had.

YCH auctions have the big advantage of the buyer not being required to come up and define a pose, that he then has to explain to the artist. Instead, he can just provide the artist with a character reference.

How is it different from a regular character auction?
A character auction is just auctioning the character itself. More often than not, the owner of the character will provide additional artwork with it - but it is no requirement.

If you’re bidding for a YCH you need to provide the character for the finished piece. In a character auction you are bidding for the character itself.
