WILL DO-
Violent content (Not very good at gore, however), noncon, fanart, fanart + your character, my characters (selective) with yours, couples or any gender, size difference, plus more. Just ask first. Some fetish art may have an extra fee for complexity.
WILL NOT DO-
Hate art, scat/pee/vomit/diapers/fart/musk/gross/stinky, Hyper herm/futa (this does not mean trans and intersexed. Just the oversized, over sexualized fetishy stuff), rimming, cunnilingus, bestiality, animal realistic sexual organs
Payment:
You are paying for my services and time through paypal invoice only unless there is another arrangement made.
Refunds:
Refunds can be requested minus work done.
Privacy Fee:
You can remain anonymous for free, but if you do not wish me posting the art it will cost $20
Characters:
Privately owned characters must be yours or consent of the owner must be given.
Acceptance:
I will not accept commissions from new or empty galleries. I may accept sketches for DA points on occasion to help you build a reputation as a buyer.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission or refund in full if I feel I can not work with your character, get work done in a timely manner, if I am uncomfortable, or for any other unforeseen reason.
Use of the commission:
The buyer or who the art is for may post and display the art on any site so long as they give me credit. You may not edit the art (cropping an icon is fine). You may not make money off my art. No prints, shirts, using it for "virginity auctions," or any other commercial use.
If you would like to discuss commercial art and transfer of copyright, we can discuss those fees.
Unless privacy is discussed and paid for, I reserve the right to display the art in my galleries, use in my portfolios, use in prints and art packs/compilations, use to advertise my commissions. I will in no way claim your character as my own.
