Once I agree to take your commission, I will ask for payment UPFRONT before starting the commission. Depending on its complexity, I will give you updates on the commission on a timely basis as I work on it. Please do not ask me for progress updates, unless you do not hear from me for at least 7 days.
Average Turnaround Time: 3-7 days
For commissions over $50 in total, I may receive 50% of payment before I get started. If you are unable to pay for your commission at all before its completion, please let me know IMMEDIATELY than wait until its completion.
I reserve the right to reject a commission request for any reason.
I will draw a rough sketch for approval, where you can send me a list of modifications you may want for up to two attempts. Please do not send me multiple messages of requested changes and restrict to only listing as many revisions you want to ONE message at a time for each attempt.
If you wish to see WIPs other than the initial sketch during the commission process, I will allow showing them upon request with reasonable frequency (not daily and not when I haven't made much progress).
If you wish to cancel your commission at the initial sketch phase, you will not be penalized. However, any payments made before the completion of the commission are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied by the final product, please list any and all concerns into a single message, and I will see if I can accommodate them, but there are no guarantees after completion of the final product.
