Terms of ServiceBY PURCHASING MY SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. These are not negotiable and failure to comply may result in cancelation of your order, or even blacklisting.
⚪️ I reserve the right to refuse your order without justification.
⚪️ Any personal information exchanged during the transaction process (email, names, pictures, addresses, etc) will not be redistributed or sold to third parties under any circumstance.
⚪️ All commissions are subject to complexity fees, regardless of advertised price. These fees, if present, will be discussed during negotiations.
⚪️ I retain all copyrights on my stories/artwork including distribution, reproduction or use in self-promotion (but not commercial use, unless agreed upon.) This also applies to any rejected commissions.
⚪️ You may upload the commissioned piece on your own website with credit and link. Personal use is allowed, and for artwork you may reuse them for icons, themes, graphics etc.
⚪️ You may not claim the work as your own or resell my work.
GENERAL RULES:
⚪️ All prices are in USD.
⚪️ Slots open in availability by journal announcement only. Included with them will be a form to submit.
⚪️ Upon slots being filled, the form will close, and I will no longer be accepting commissions until the next journal
⚪ You will receive a WIP shots or rough drafts throughout the process of the commission. It's during these times you should bring up any changes you feel need to be implemented for the commission. Within reason I will try to correct mistakes made, however if the changes are substantial, I may refuse to continue without compensation, or recommend a refund then. Substantial changes are dependent on a commission by commission basis, I will clearly inform you if something is too much and give options on how to continue.
⚪ If doing a story commission. Understand that I will have personal bias when it comes to creating your story, and so it may have some variation or inconsistencies with your character. I will try to work with you to correct some of these problems during drafting stages, however if it gets too much I may refuse to continue and recommend you write the story yourself.
⚪ Refund Policy: I will do to the best of my ability the work rendered in a reasonable amount of time, usually agreed upon between the client and me. More often than not, the commission will take only a week or two to complete. If however no work or progress has been made after a two week period, and we have been unable to come up with an agreement or extention, by all means ask for a refund. I will then to the best of my abilities work with you to issue a refund as soon as possible.

Short StoriesThese will be ~1000 word short stories that are of a particular kink or narrative direction of your choosing. These will be mostly focused short stories on one or two particular topics. If requested there can be more than one or two topics, but in that case it may be better suited for a longer commission. These will typically be ~two to three pages of your topics/s of choice. These may be either sfw or nsfw. |

Long StoriesThese will be greater than 2000 word long stories that are of a couple kinks or narrative directions of your choosing. These will be mostly focused on long stories that a handful of particular topics. However, the more topics or kinks there are, the more complex your commission may become and its length will increase. These will be any commission that is four or more pages or your topic/s of choice. These may be either sfw or nsfw. Every 500 words after the first 2000 will increase the price by $5. |
