First of all, keep in mind that English is not my native language! So forgive my mistakes.
Will Draw:
- furry/ anthro, monster aliens, fantasy creatures and so on
- Character of any sex and sex orientation
- ferals (only sfw)
- mecha, robots
- slice of life
- soft gore
- vanilla things ( kisses, hugs, romantic scenes, day by day)
Won’t Draw:
- sex/porn
- fetishes (macro and micro, hyper, vore, inflation and so on)
- Hyper muscular character/ hyper inflated fat character
- sexual situation with ferals, centaurs
- extreme violence or gore
- MLP, Pokemon, digimon(copyrighted characters in general)
Some restrictions/ ask first
- NSFW
- Multiple body parts in general
- Mecha, robots in general yes, but depending on its design it's better to ask, but most of the time yes I do
- human characters - I find it very difficult to do, but depending on the request, it may be possible.
- real-life people and animals.
- some species like sergals and some closed species
- Violent situation

- Please do not reproduce, copy, edit, publish, sell, or upload in any way without my knowledge and consent.
- Only commissioners and character owners may re-upload relevant artworks if proper credit is given.
- I have the right to refuse any commission
- Ignoring my Terms of Services is not an excuse.
- By buying any art from me with a mature content, you agree to be over the age of 18. I will not be held accountable if you lie about it. Should I find out that you are underage, your commission will be cancelled and money will not be refunded.
- I claim the right to use my art (including commissions and YCHs) in my art portfolio.
- You are expected to provide a proper reference sheet or unshaded images of your character(s) that I can work with. I will not work with descriptions only unless you explicitly want to order a character design from me. I reserve the right to refuse your commission if you can't provide proper references.
- You can ask me for WIPs at any time but please do not harass me constantly.
- If I find out that the character you want to use is stolen, You will be blacklisted and the proper owner of the character will be notified.
- You are not allowed to mint my art for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in any shape or form!
- You are not allowed to use my art to train AI!
Payments
- I only work with 100% full payment.
- i accept Euro and Dollar (BRL if you are Brazilian)
- payment via paypal invoice or pix ( if are brazilian)
- PayPal is a preferred method of payment.
- I currently do not accept payment plans.
- You have 48h to pay. In case of adopts and designs for selling the sale will be passed on to the next person.
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
- if you refuse the order, then the refund will be the amount minus the work done;
- I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment!
Rights/ commercial use
- You can upload your commission on any web site and use it online in any non-commercial manner. You have the right to do with your commission whatever you want such as crop, print, put as a banner or icon on social media accounts, give to someone, etc. Your art with your character is your property, since you honestly paid for it.
- I reserve the right to use the final image as prints, on patreon, etc. In case I do - I'll credit your character(s).
- If you want commission to be private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please note me in your first note, but please note that I have the right to charge an additional fee for that.
Workflow
- Starts with 4 thumbnails sketches for approval -> cleanup sketch -> line art (depends the style) -> colors -> basic shadows and lights -> render -> final touch
- I will provide the thumbnail sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes
- I do not accept deadlines of any kind.
- When I receive the payment on my PayPal account, I will begin to work on your commission
- At first we will talk about the commission - what is your idea, what characters and number of them you'd like to use, type of commission you're interested in, background details, etc. Anything and everything is important.
- If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch/pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit. |
