Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. I don`t take a bunch of commissions. If you see my waiting list - I dont take more than 3-5 orders PER WEEK. I have mental problems that do not allow me to take more orders (otherwise I will either abandon your order, or I will not be able to fulfill it, my state may change)

2. I do not have the opportunity to sign up for the "next set of commisions" Unless you are my friend. You saw the post about orders, managed to pick up the slot - great! Otherwise, I will not take the order (to protect myself and you)

3. If you have taken a slot - get ready to prepayment. Full prepayment!

4. I have the right to refuse an order without giving reasons

5. I place all orders on my social media and portfolio. If you want to keep your work private, this is + 50% to the cost. Consider this! I really love my work and want to share it.

6. I accept ONLY PayPal !

REFUND POLICY:

I do refunds on several occasions
a) You wait for your order more than 31 day and we DONT discuss additional time earlier. Just send me a note "refund please" and I am okay with this.
b) I do not use your money until the order is completed (only in rare cases). Therefore, the refund will take place on the same day as the deadline for the drawing will be exhausted.
c) If you just want to cancel the order, I will only refund you 40% of the money paid. I wasted time and I am against "want / do not want". But in life there are different situations. Therefore, 60% will stay with me, as compensation of time and effort for the picture.

+20$ for wings (dragons, etc flying creatures)

why so expensive?
I am not so good at big sprites, so it takes A LOT of my time to draw few sketches and A LOT of time for wings

This is a very rare type of commissions - before commission me, please check if I can do it. It is very expensive and very time consuming.

Big one focused on the environment and little on the characters. I can do a big one no more than once every 3-4 months. This does not mean that it will take 3-4 months of work. But I will not be able to do them more often than this period.

The main storyteller here will be the environment, keep that in mind!

And of course I will not leave you without a WIPs
