1. Prices:
All the prices are located under my commissions tab to notify how much I am charging for. This is just the basis of what I am charging, my main goal of doing commissions in the first place is to satisfy you with what you are requesting to be done.
2. Copyrights
All respective rights of the commissioned art are Copyrighted to me; Lycanscar. This gives me the right to put it where I want to, use it for what I want, print it and sell it, etc. If you wish me to not do any of the above or you would like to have the rights to the image, come talk to me. You are allowed to use the picture as banners, forums pictures, avatars, etc. AS LONG AS CREDITED TO ME IN THE SUBMISSION COMMENTS. (Can be either my icon with the icon coding or with this link: www.furaffinity.net/user/lycanscar/ ) As a request, please link me to wherever you’re using the image. I would like to know how my art is being shown.
3. Payment
I ONLY ACCEPT UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD). All payments are done with Paypal with me sending you an invoice after acquiring information from “How to Commission” portion. Payments are due in two days (48 hours) after the invoice is sent, if you can’t make the deadline please tell me and we can work something out. If the deadline hits and I received no payment, your commission is void and will receive a warning, if you get three total; this will result you getting banned from commissioning.
4. How to Commission
All commission offers will be posted either by Journal, Profile or Art Flyer. If you are interested in getting a commission from me, here are the steps:
- A reference of the character or characters that are in the picture. (Prefer visual refs over description refs, but I will take both. Just note for description it might differ from what you might be seeing due to me going off the info on my own imagination.)
- A description of what is being requested; what is it you are wanting me to draw and work with.
- The quality of the artwork, whether it is full detail, sketch, etc.
Once the information is confirmed, a price will be mentioned to verify that you know what you are asking for and aware of the cost. Again when you agree to that, I will request a Paypal account so I can send the invoice to you to complete the ordering process. I will not start on a picture till I receive the payment first.
5. Questions
I’m open for any suggestions, challenges, comments, questions, etc. I am a very converse person, so if you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me. ^.^
6. Rights
Any time during the commission being drawn, lined or colored the customer and I both have the right to stop a commission if needed. If I begin a commission and find that I cannot complete it for some reason. I will refund up to the current status of the pieces. Example: If I completed the sketch then call it off, I will refund all the currency up to what you would have paid for a sketch, since I still did the work.
As the customer, if you are unsatisfied with my work and do not wish to have the piece be completed then that is fine. BUT I will be paid for what I have completed.
7. YCH/Auction Rules
At times there will be YCH/Auctions out by me and these are the basic rules of them. (Note: These are the rules that will be posted on the picture too.)
- There will be a starting bid of what the price would be for a commission, but it also varies on other things.
- The deadline is always going to be at least three days from the post of the YCH/Auction.
- Extra info about the scene and characters (ie gender, size, species, etc.) will announced in the submission comments, but most of the time it will be open for anything.
- At the end of every auction, I will notify you through commenting on the last bid and sending you a note requesting information, which are reference of the character or characters, extra info you like to add or modify for the YCH/Auction and Paypal account for the invoice.
The last thing and one of the most important things, DO NOT bid unless you are serious about buy it. If you bid and had no intention of actually buying, you will be banned from making bids in my YCH/Auctions.

Reference SheetFull fledged Reference Sheet with front view, side view, back view and 2 small slots (head shots, extra details, etc.) and detail box for information of the character.

Additions:
Extra Slots: You have an additional 3 small slots that you can add in for additional head shots, adult bits or other details. Although, you can use 2 small slots to gain a major slot, which allows an additional Full Body. Below is the details of price.

Extra InfoThemes I will do: Any really, just note some things I am better at over others due to either lack of drawing them or just so unique.
For any of my normal commissions, things that will increase the price beyond the basic price are:
Human-faced characters: +$3
Dirty/Gory Theme: +$5
Close-Up Views: +$2
Character limits in pictures as average would be 2 characters for normal price. Any other characters added will increase the price by +$2 up to 12 characters.
