Terms of Service

COPYRIGHTS
1. I have right to use my artworks to self-promotion, however I do not claim the copyrights of the characters but to the art piece itself.
2. All commissioned works are intended for personal, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. Commissions cannot be used for advertisements or on products, cannot be mass-produced, or used for profit.
3. I do not sell copyrights to my artwork!

PAYMENTS
1. Only upfront payment!
2. I accept payments only via PayPal!

REFUNDS
1.1 If I have started working on the commission after client has accepted the sketch, I do not give refunds, unless in exceptional circumstances. By agreeing to my terms you are paying for the work I do, not just the finished product.
1.2 If I didn't starter work and you want to cancel commission, I will send you all the money I got (PayPay fees).
2. I have rights to cancel your commission anytime for no reason, however I will try to explain my reason.
3. I reserve the right to decline a request that I'm not comfortable with.

WORKFLOW
1. I will send you a rough sketch of your commission to approval. Next version you will probably see is finished work.
2. You will get 2 files: 4k PNG and fullHD JPG.
3. I will let you know about estimated time od arrival. Usually it takes max 1-2 weeks for one but life strains, illness, or even stress can contribute to a longer wait time than normal. Please express patience when ordering your commission.
4. After receiving finished work you have right to one free small correction. Any further corrections will cost you extra.
5. Any features (any of package above and features, e.g wings, tail, horns, scales, fur, if they are significant) can increase the price of your commission!
