When you buy the character from me you have ALL RIGHTS TO THE CHARACTER! You can change whatever you like, but don't change it to where it looks total different please?
When you buy character you get 25% OFF YOUR NEXT COMMISSION OF THE CHARACTER!
This includes: YCH's and Base priced commissions.

You didn't buy it, why sell it?
If the character comes with art, then price the art, and divide it by 25% of the total. Because again, you didn't buy the character. Its only fair, to cut the price for a character you never bought. Right?
-Adopt Resales-
Don't resale for more than you bought it? You can even sell it for the same price! MY ADOPTS ARE CHEAP SO, you shouldn't have a hard time reselling.
If the character comes with art, then value all the art and sale as such.
Before selling/trading, please come to me first for permission to do so. If you do not ask for permission to trade/sell the adopt, you will be put on my blacklist. But if you are a known commissioner of mine, you will be given a warning.
-TERMS OF SERVICE-
When commissioning:
I know some artists hate when you don't have reference sheets, NOT EVERYONE CAN OFFORD A REALLY GET REFER SHEET, I know i can't.
As long as its a full body of the character, you can send anything to me as a reference for the character. I really don't mind at all. Shaded images, second life, photos, traditional pieces. Just as long as it has the colors on it to pull from so i can get the colors right, then its a go!
Descriptions of character work as well, but please have all the details so i can make the character just the way you want it.
When commissioning, please label your note subject will one of these examples below. This helps me keep things in order:
Subject:
Commission: YCH, Your name OR character's.
Commission: Full body, Your name OR character's.
Commission: Base price, Your name OR character's.
Please have everything ready in the note,
What kind of pose?
Who is the character?
What is the Background?
and end the note with anything extra and a please :3
Payment:
Payment is only given when i have a sketch of your piece!
If you have an issue with payment and want to pay up front then by all means, ask for up front payment.
If the sketch is completed and you do not have the funds by the time i have provided the sketch, i am a VERY understanding person, issues always come up! So you have Four to Seven days to provided payment, or i cancel your commission and use it for something else. Because its my art, i have the liberty to use the sketch for someone else or my self.
And please for the love of everything, i will not complete your piece till payment is obtain, so don't pretend to not have payment. its not fair and not fun.
Refunds:
Now my take on refunds is that, since i do payment after sketches are provided, then any time before the sketch is shown to you, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ORDER. It makes my life easier and i don't have to waste time on a piece that you don't want.
Maximum refund I can give you back is 50%. When you cancel your order, i have all rights to do with it as i see fit.
Examples:
Buy something for $5, you will only get $2.50 back, max.
Buy something for $10, maximum of $5 back.
Buy something for $40, maximum of $20 back.
If i have completed your piece, you will not get the full 50% refund, i did not waste time on piece just so you could cancel it. The most you will obtain back, is 15% MAX.
Im sorry, but i have other things to do then complete pieces that you don't want.
YCH's:
All of my YCH's are preposed images with auto buy outs. I don't like bidding because it takes to long and my art is not good enough to where people will continue to bid on lol
Once Bought the piece will be completed into the likeness of your character.
Art:
Drawing is my passion i like to draw, but keep in mind i do have issues with a shoulder problem that does make things difficult for me at times. If this does occur i will let you know be advised this may extend the commission time that the piece is completed. i am sorry, but Please take that into concern when commissioning me.
Time Frame:
I USE TO complete pieces fairly quickly but life has dealt me a might slow hand. The maximum time you should wait for a piece (THAT HAS BEEN COMMISSIONED) is about a Four to Six weeks.
However, Ive been practicing with my speed and other things, The fastest time completion is about three days. This includes backgrounds.
If you have the luck to win a raffle then the most you should wait is a Seven days, but because its free, the wait can be longer.
What I will not do:
no smut, or hard fetishes.. i mostly do SFW art. on rare occasions i do NSFW artwork.
I have multiple accounts for this purpose.
