GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline any order without explanation.
- I am not responsible if you fail to read or follow my Terms of Service before placing an order.
PAYMENTS
-Payment is required before I start working on your commission.
- Additional fees may apply for complex designs, detailed backgrounds, urgent deadlines, or major revisions.
- Payments are non-refundable once the work has begun, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
REVISIONS
- Small edits can be discussed and may be accepted.
- Major changes are only accepted during the sketch or lineart stage.
- Please be specific and clear when requesting changes.
- I may send work-in-progress (WIP) images during the process.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I usually take about 1 weeks to 3 weeks or more to finish a commission.
- If I expect to exceed this timeframe, I will notify you.
- If you have a strict deadline, please mention it before payment so I can confirm availability.
- I will do my best to meet reasonable deadlines if requested.
USE
- You must credit me if you repost or share the commissioned artwork anywhere.
- Altering, editing, or modifying the finished piece in any way is not allowed.
- Personal-use commissions may not be used for profit or commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.
- Associating me or my artwork with AI-generated content or NFTs is strictly forbidden.
- Unless a commission is marked as private beforehand, I may use it for portfolio or promotional purposes.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
- Commercial usage rights may be purchased for any illustration service.
- Commercial usage refers to any kind of profit-making activity involving the artwork, including but not limited to digital or physical products, merchandise, resale, or bundled content.
- The commercial usage fee is 100% of the original commission price.
- If you wish to acquire commercial rights for a past commission, you may contact me at a later date to arrange the upgrade.
- Usage for streaming, content creation, or social media does not require an additional fee, unless it is associated with a brand, company, or monetized business. In such cases, a commercial fee may apply.
REFUNDS
- Orders can be canceled at any time if no payment has been made.
- Once work has begun, refunds will only be issued proportionally to the progress completed.
- If I cancel the project for any reason, a full refund will be issued to you.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- In the event that a refund is forcibly obtained through a third party, all rights to the artwork will be immediately revoked from the client. I reserve the right to modify the artwork to remove any intellectual property linked to the client and may resell or reuse the remaining parts.
COMMUNICATION
- Once I begin working on your commission, I may reach out to you through platforms like Twitter or Discord to provide updates and ensure the work meets your expectations. Please keep your direct messages (DMs) open and let me know your preferred way to be contacted.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication helps me deliver the best possible result for you.
- Please keep in mind that on weekends I’ll be either resting or working on personal projects. Unless you’ve paid a rush fee, please don’t ask me for updates during that time. I may choose whether or not to work on commissions on weekends. |
