	ToS Information By purchasing commissioned works from me, you also agree to the following terms as they apply to the created content. 1. You are of legal age to purchase and possess such materials as stated by law. 2. Characters used are either yours or used with proper permission. 3. Credit for the work is to be given when it is reposted to other galleries and/or sites. 4. Fanart commissions acceptable provided characters canonically of age for requested content. 5. Please respect what subject matter I choose to decline. Certain material I am either uncomfortable with or do not feel is within my abilities to portray adequately. 6. Payment is due for completed work before the final product is delivered to the commissioner. Payment before work is started is welcome and appreciated, but not required. Payment planning for larger works is acceptable and will be discussed as needed at the beginning stages. All listed prices are base estimates. Cost is negotiable within reason. Updates will be given at various phases and upon request. Please be patient with me as my time is influenced by other life situations and responsibilities.
