Acceptance Policy:
By commissioning me, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to the commission. ANY PARTICIPATION IN COMMISSIONING ME WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not commission me.
Privacy Policy:
Commissioner payment, contact, and commission information will be taken upon commissioning. No information will be shared publicly with the exception of your username for character crediting purposes, your character’s information if relevant (e.g. reference sheet, multiple character owner credit, etc.), and the likeness of your character as depicted by my artistic interpretation.
Payment Policy:
If I accept your commission, I will email you an estimate and a rough sketch for you to approve. If you approve, I will email you the invoice, and payment is due upon receipt. Commission work will not begin until payment has been received in full. All payments must be made in USD through PayPal, and Texas state and local sales and use tax is included in the sales price.
Payment Plan Clause:
You may request a payment plan for commissions valued over $100 at the time you approve the estimate and rough sketch. The payment plan is as follows:
-The first 50% of the commission value is due upon receipt of the invoice.
-The next 25% of the commission value is due two weeks after the initial payment.
-The last 25% of the commission value is due two weeks after the second payment.
Refined sketch work will not begin until after receiving the initial payment. Line work will not begin until after receiving the second payment. Coloring work will not begin until after receiving the third payment.
Refund Clause:
If I am unable to complete your commission for my own reasons, you will be refunded the full amount regardless of how much is completed. You can request a full refund on your commission up until the time I complete the line work for your commission. However I reserve the right to use any fully refunded sketch for personal or commercial use. You can request a refund of 25% of the commission value after the line work has been completed, and you will receive the completed line work. You cannot request a refund of any amount after the line work has been filled with any amount of color.
Credit Policy:
You must credit MinikatzArt on any digital or physical space in which you share my art. Any vague credit such as "credit to respective owner", is not sufficient. If there is no field to credit me, such as websites’ profile pictures and icons, you may use your commissioned art under the condition that my watermark is clearly visible. My watermark may not be removed for any reason.
Commercial Policy:
You may not reproduce my art in any way for profit. For example, you may not sell prints of my art or trace my art for your own commissions.
Tracing Clause:
You may not trace any of my art that you have not personally paid for; e.g. you may not trace art gifted to you, requested by you, gifted to someone else, requested by someone else, or commissioned by someone else. However, if you have commissioned art from me, you may trace your own commissioned art for practice only. You may not post or profit from any derivative works you create from tracing my art. You may, however, always use my art as reference.
Commission Policy:
All commissions will be completed in CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO. Non-reference sheet commissions will be drawn on a 2000 px x 2000 px digital canvas and cropped down to an appropriate size. Reference sheet commissions will be drawn on larger canvas and cropped and condensed to an appropriate size.
I will draw all of the following:
-Safe for Work (SFW)
-Animals
-Anthropomorphic characters
-Humans
-Flat color
-Soft shading
-Simple to moderately complex backgrounds
I will not draw any of the following at this time:
-Not Safe for Work (NSFW)
-Defined muscles
-Mechanical parts
-Cell shading
-Very complex backgrounds
Blacklist Policy:
ANYONE CAUGHT VIOLATING THE THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM ALL FUTURE GIFTS, REQUESTS, TRADES, COLLABORATIONS, AND COMMISSIONS. There will be no appeals. |
