Terms of ServiceHello. These are my pricelist and service rules.
Please read them carefully and make sure you are satisfied with the terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. If something is not clear, I am always ready to discuss. Thank you
❶ I draw:
▸ OC (your characters)
▸ fandoms
▸ animals and plants
▸ interior and elements of decor and furniture
▸ architectural objects, sculptural structures, landscapes
▸ plot scenes from everyday life
❷ I do not draw:
× erotic and pornography content
× aggression and cruel content
× images that violate Community Guidelines and the Internet Dissemination Act
❸ Copyright and commercial use:
▸ for personal use only.
▸ only I have the right to sell my works. You cannot resell them as an intermediary.
▸ you do not have permission to post or use any images that I send you without attribution of my authorship (moony.pic watermark)
▸ you can use post images for non-commercial purposes using the moony.pic watermark
▸ I reserve the right to use the illustrations in any way I choose to use them. For example, publish on websites and social networks as my portfolio.
▸ if the customer wants the image to be private and do not published anywhere, then such an image will cost twice as much.
▸ failure to comply with these rules constitutes copyright infringement.
▸ I reserve the right to terminate the order if the customer violates these conditions.
❹ Payment:
▸ prepayment of 50%
▸ payment is made only through PayPal Invoice (temporarily unavailable)
Since Paypal is not currently serviced in my country, I suggest you pay for the work on my author page on Boosty. Payment in donate on the profile page at the current dollar-ruble exchange rate.
▸ do not submit payments until I receive a response confirming your commission request. remember that I reserve the right not to accept it.
❺ Refunds:
▸ a full refund is only possible if I cancel the commission for my own reasons or if the customer cancels the commission before starting work.
▸ the customer cannot demand a refund if work on the illustration has begun (sketches are made).
❻ Before starting work, please:
▸ read the rules and restrictions
▸ determine the technical requirements for the illustration: dimensions and orientation of the image, the number of dots, and so on. by default, I draw square images 2500x2500 px, with a resolution of 300 dpi. these values vary as you wish.
▸ give a detailed description of the desired illustration. It should be: number of characters / items, their poses and location in space, the presence and description of the background or environment of the characters, any other details important to you.
▸ determine the desired color palette and general atmosphere of the illustration
▸ provide, if desired, reference materials, images or screenshots of the desired result
▸ keep in mind that only a written description with no reference will make it less likely to be understood correctly. attaching various materials to your order contributes to the accuracy of the fulfillment of your desires
▸ if you want an illustration with someone else's property, please provide the owner's written permission to use his character
❼ The working process:
▸ contact me via private messages on FurAffinity or send an email to moony.pic@outlook.com
▸ using the information from the section "Before starting work" (6) formulate your order
▸ we discuss the details of the order with you and set the final price
▸ you submit a prepayment and I start ordering
▸ I will provide you with thumbnails of the future image 2 times. 1 is a simple sketch on which I place characters / objects in space in the right places poses. 2 is an image with an overlay of your chosen palette of colors
▸ at each of these two stages, you can make your own edits. after we approve both of these steps, you will no longer be able to make changes. this applies to large corrections. details can be corrected.
▸ there are no clear deadlines for the completion of the work. this will depend on your willingness to respond quickly and on my availability. however, I am motivated to get the job done as quickly as I can. I will tell you how long the job will take. if you have a clear deadline, this is discussed personally with me. if the illustration is needed urgently, then the cost increases by 50%
▸ I send you the finished image for approval. If it fits, you pay the rest of the amount
▸ I will send you a finished illustration in any format (PNG, JPG, GIF, and so on) either via the link to the virtual disk or to your email. The moony.pic watermark on the finished image is required
❽ Price list:
▸ the following prices are approximate and will vary depending on the complexity of the character, item, background, and the difficulty of interacting with the environment or between characters.
▸ contact me and together we will determine the final price of the order
