✪ GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE ✪ :
✎ T.O.S. is subject to change at anytime. (Last Updated: March 25th 2020)
✎ Character(s) involved in a commission belongs to said owner(s) and the owner(s) will be credited and/or linked - With that said, the art created belongs/copyrighted to me, the Artist, to use in any website(s) as an example of my art style, display model, project, etc.
✎ If the commission is re-uploaded by the commissioner, credit and/or link be mentioned/displayed/said of the artist in the description/info of said uploaded art in good faith.
✎ When Commissioning me, the Artist, anything and everything discussed - via note, email, chat, message, etc. - is both a physical and verbal contract, which both parties have the full right to use and save for personal documentation as "Proof of Purchase" or otherwise.
🔧 About Payment and Work Process 🔧 :
◆ First discuss what you want and if I am able to do it, I will let you know - will give you a quote on the overall price of the art and will give updates on progress of art if requested.
◆ At this time, I only accept PAYPAL and KO-FI ONLY. I will need your paypal email in order to invoice you OR I will provide a link to my Ko-fi for payment.
◆ I charge upfront always, no exceptions. I won't start without full payment.
◆ After payment is received I'll be working with your art based on the description based on the email we discussed and agreed on. Email pWIP samples will be given if asked (with a watermark) or a Livestream is also an option if you wish to see your art in progress live.
◆ Delivery of commission will be done via email or link.
◆ If the commission started and/or WIPs was sent to the commissioner, no full refunds will be returned - depending on how completed the art is, either a partial refund will be issued or no refund will be delivered.
◆ Full refunds are only available if requested before the art has started OR when the artist cannot deliver the promised art.
