✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commissions and to cancel at any point for whatever reason. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund and explanation!
✦ I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future pieces
✦ You must be precise in what you want, if you want artistic freedom please state it. I will ask questions if I'm confused as well.
✦ You must include clear flat colored references/artworks of the character(s).
✦ After the commission is confirmed, you will be visible on my >>Trello<<.
✦ I try to work in order of commissions taken (track this on Trello)
✦ I only contact 1 client per commission even if there are multiple people in the commission.
✦ Your personal information is protected and will not be shared or sold.

✔ You may use it for banners, profile pictures, galleries, headers, etc.

✦ I'll use my art for merchandising and other products. If you don't want your commission to be used for that, you MUST tell me when you commission me.
✦ I publish almost all my art, if you want to commission a private piece, you must specify that. This also increases price by 10%

In case of violation of my terms of service, I will no longer accept more commissions from you. Ignorance is not an excuse.
